Zero star store. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!! They don’t do returns and the customer service is the worst of any store I’ve ever visited in my life.

I just had to take a moment to commend this store. My experience with Maria was so pleasant that I became a member. Please note this is a privately owned store, it is not a GNC owned location. The customer service is amazing and they really try to accommodate you. I highly recommend buying from this store. They price match and have a great variety of items! Thank you again Maria for proving that quality customer service still exists.

Customer service here is terrible. I called the store ahead of time to ask about the return policy and spoke to a lady on the phone . I let her know that I bought a preworkout and only used once but it didn’t do anything for me. I’ve never returned anything before I explained to her that I paid with debit and cash and she told me I could come in . When I got there, the guy before me did a return with debit and she offered him cash back. She told me she could only put it all back on my debit or I would have to get a gift card. Remind you, it’s not passed 30 days and it’s full it’s been in my trunk so I could return it. I’m very upset because she said one thing on the phone then something else when I got there. Like why even tell me yes? Oh and before I forget when I talked to her on the phone she kept trying to get me to come tomorrow instead of today which was weird because this was at like 3pm . I really don’t want to think it has anything to do with race but it’s a coincidence that the guy was white man and I’m a black female . I didn’t get her name but she’s an older middle-aged Indian women …I DO NOT recommend this location . Horrible 1st time experience..5/23/2021

I had a very pleasant experience here. When I walked in, I was greeted and assisted by Evander. He was very cool, not pushy and helped me fix exactly what I was looking for, despite me having ingredient sensitivities. Also the money saved was very satisfying!

This location sold me a BlendJet Blender that stopped working within 2 months of purchase. I contacted BlendJet - they don't licence their products to GNC. I called GNC Corporate - they don't sell blenders. This GNC location listed the purchase on the receipt as DP FOOD - Hiding what the true purchase was and tagging it under another hidden category. After reaching out to GNC Corporate - They offered me 750 reward points and not a full refund because the product stopped working after 30 days. The second hand product they sold me. Who knows what other second hand product they are selling customers. Stay away.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in helping navigate the vast variety of products they have on offer. It is not the biggest vitamin supplement store, but likely has what you are looking for in stock.

The Husband and wife are always very friendly. They will try to make your experience there imformative yet relaxing. No pressure when purchasing just great service.

I find what I need here with good speed. Never out of stock. I like the conversations I overhear while I am in the store. I can tell the staff here knows what they are doing.

When you come here you should know what you want because if you let them make recommendations, you’ll end up with something you might not need or like.
