Had a great experience here. Matt, who I think is the manager, was very helpful with me and my husband on deciding a pre-workout supplement flavor. We were able to try a sample to decide. He and the young lady working were pleasant and pleasure to interact with. I would definitely come back again.

The last two times I was there around lunch time, the store was closed and there was a sign on the door - be back in 10 minutes. Very frustrating...
They wouldn't know customer service if it was slapped across their faces. Walked in the store on 10/26, one guy doing inventory, while the other sat perched on the counter with his feet up watching what sounds like a NBA game. I walked in, noone acknowledged me, so I walked right back out.
