Your drivers don't speak a damn word of English they all must have been hired off a refugee boat. They are arrogant and rude and argumentative even though they can't speak a word of English. They should all be dismissed if you want your company to thrive,  but I know you will not be dismissing them because you pay them minimum wage so for that reason my family and I will no longer be using your service when visiting NYC. Pack of morons
