I paid for BBL 360 upper back and moms pub area. However the day I got my surgery the doctor first diagnosed me with a tumor in my stomach which he was totally wrong. So he didn’t do my stomach area really and he got got to do my upper back in mom‘s pub area. “Dr. V and the nurse Wendy” had a meeting with me the next day reassuring me that they was going to refund me and pay for my traveling fees there. Let’s not forget it was a full refund I was told I was getting! So, I did not sweat about my surgery been completely wrong. “Wendy even said if it was her how she would have been going off on everyone and how she thanked me for keeping my cool”. It’s now been about 7 months no one has reached out to me I’ve been calling and emailing them. I have pictures that I screenshot from my phone from me texting the nurse Wendy. Wendy and Dr. V kept apologizing to me and telling me how this matter was going to get handled. I see now that it was all a lie they also have me as an ambassador. Since I was told I was getting a full refund I still kept doing the videos and they told me to keep smiling and not to say anything negative about them and was telling me what to say on the video clips. That was stupid of me because they use me. I don’t know how to upload my screenshots because I definitely was trying to show you all they are a liar and a scam and will take your money real fast.

WOST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!! I was supposed to get a surgery for LIPO 360 and BBL. Unfortunately, due to my medical condition, I was not able to do the surgery, When I was informed to submit documentation that I was not able to get the surgery back in NOVEMBER 2021, I still have not received my refund of 3,600 and every time I call them about it their favorite words are "Its still processing", when I ask to speak to a manager, the call hangs up.

I hate my results, I have lots of complications from my surgery.

Absolutely loved my entire experience here. Everyone here from Receptionist, Billing, the bloodwork team, coordinators, and especially the girls that do the massages. Highly recommend coming here.

This place is really good, it’s nice and clean. Doctors are very professional and would answer all your concerns... However the customer service is HORRIBLE , specially the skinny white girl with brown hair and the dark one , they’re so fu*** rude , they clearly don’t know how to their job !! had an appointment at 1 and they make me wait for like 3 hours..didn’t like the service at all ...

I went there to make n apoimen stand there for 20 minutes n Nobody asked me if I was help or not n went I asked if I cut make n apoimen nobody help me so I left never went back no class very stuck up people
