Only ever met one lady here and she is always smiley and polite. Me and my girl come in here a lot  and she keeps up updated on all the new goodies.

I've been willing to pay the high prices for the indulgence every once in a while, as their chocolate truffles are very good. But, I expected better service... when I needed to return an item that was obviously spoiled  the manager refused since I didn't have my receipt (it was a gift!).
