Some products out of stock. Go somewhere else, don't lose your time.
I went there with my mom yesterday 11/1/2020 early afternoon. The man working there was very cold and unfriendly. His body language and face just showed complete rudeness. I wish I got his name. I am guarantee this Godiva shop in Macy's will lose customer because of rude people like that guy.
Godiva. If you like chocolate stop by.
Don't waste your time at this location. Customers are unacknowledged for at least 10-15 minutes by the employees, and you have to tell them to put the chocolate in a bag for you. The manager is no better. The location at Maiden Lane is 100 times better.

Counter is closed and employees are useless.
We love the chocolate there. We are even members of there chocolate club. It’s a little pricey but my family are fans
