My 95 year old mother was discharged from the hospital for admission to the nursing home 30 miles away in the midst of a terrible ice and snow storm. Family was not able to travel in the storm. The service that had agreed to drive her, cancelled at the last moment given the road conditions. Frantic and two hours away, I called several service providers in Rochester. None showed any interest in being helpful until I found Amber at Gold Crown. She was compassionate, creative and relentless in helping Mom. The owner, himself, came in to transport Mom safely. I will never forgot their kindness and their making a really difficult day (the one we all dread) as comfortable and pampered as she so richly deserves. If there is a heaven, I am confident Amber and Maurice will have the most delightful welcome! I owe you both BIG time!

Gold crown limo is amazing! The price is right all the staff is so friendly and fun!! John was our driver for girls night out and he was just amazing!! So much fun and nice!! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future!

I was so impressed with the business owners when I first met them. Maurice and Kathy have been in this business for over 30 years and continue to prove that their service is most important. Their staff is cordial, respectful and ready to make your travels the best ride ever. Their limos are so beautiful, clean and ready for you to be chauffeured in style.I would highly recommend their service for your next business trip or any event.

I hired Gold Crown limo service to take my sister and me to the Minneapolis airport from from Rochester. We were flying Sun Country from terrminal 2. As we approached I asked what other flights besides Sun Country left from terminal 2. He said Delta and United and a few others. I thought that was odd. He pulled over to a rather dark curbside check in stand. I asked him if this was Sun Country. He said yes. The driver got our bags out of the car and found a person with a wheelchair. I gave him a nice tip and off he went. After the curb checker couldn't find our reservation, he asked if we were flying Delta! I IMMEDIATELY CALLED GOLD CROWN AND TOLD THEM THE DRIVER DROPPED US OFF AT DELTA INSTEAD OF SUN COUNYRY, AND TO PLEASE HAVE THE DRIVER CIRCLE BACK TO TAKE US TO SUN COUNTRY, TERMINAL 2. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND INSISTED I HAD TOLD HIM DELTA. AND THAT OUR DRIVER WAS 40 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD. Thanks to a kind cab driver, we were rushed to terminal 2. Greeted by Sun Country with a wheelchair. Rushed through security and right onto the plane. THE SAD THING IS GOLD CROWN LIMO, DID NOTHING TO HELP US. HE WOULDN'T EVEN CALL THE DRIVER TO HAVE HIM COME BACK AROUND TO TAKE US TO THE RIGHT TRRMINAL!
