Customer service at Golden Beauty Supply is Awesome! The lady's from this store are very helpful and informative about the products. I will definitely recommend this store.

Got charged $1 for 2 wig caps, got one cap n no change (whatever, right). Tried on one wig, asked for a brush to straighten the wig out and got haulted abruptly for brushing the wig (with them saying UH-UH at me multiple times like I was some child being corrected). Was told that I needed to try the wig on as is, nappy and all. When asked why would they give me the brush in the first place then, they argued about who gave me the brush 🙄🙄. Tried on a second wig while being completely micromanaged and was asked 20 times if I wanted to buy the wig, couldn’t even think so I just took the entire wig off and put it back. Went for my third wig and was again haulted abruptly by the lady behind the counter yelling to me that I had already tried on three wigs and that I could not try on another, which was not true. The lady who was micromanaging me knew that as well, but chose not to say anything. Anyway, I tried on my last wig after declaring to the counter lady that I had only tried on two wigs. At this point it was only to see how the style looked on me and to get the wig brand so that I could leave and just find the wig elsewhere. When I tell you I am NEVER going back there again ?! I encourage for them to either do better with the way they treat people, or for no one to support them because they are really paranoid and they acted like I was trying to do something conspicuous, followed me around the whole time and reached for my attention in the most rude, unprofessional manners possible. Really touched me the wrong way. All about some dang wigs. The one star is because I couldn’t go any lower.

Bad customer service, said my friend couldn't try on another wig but she had only tried on two, a little pushy.

I used to love going there, but not anymore. Last night I received bad customer service. The lady was rude and very pushy. Kept trying push things on me even when I said no. Maybe, it was just that one person, but it left an impression on me.
