Golden Hookah

AWESOME STAFF!!! They are always willing to answer any questions you might have! They have supplies for new to experienced smokers. They have BEAUTIFUL glass- most is local art work too. So that's awesome. I have been a customer since they first opened. Any time someone asked for a good smoke/head shop, I always say Golden Hookah, or you're wasting time and money. They have everything from smoking gear, cool art work, smell goods and wraps. GO CHECK THEM OUT!

Overpriced when I last went, staff doesn't really care. Other shops are generally caring enough for their customers that they don't mind cutting a deal for a loyal customer. If this shop doesn't want to, that's their prerogative. They've been there long enough I doubt a handful of customers matters that much to them. But I've only been in a few times, and each time was greeted with the same indifference and high prices. So I probably won't go back unless a necessary situation. Edit: Better hope whatever you buy from them isn't defective, they don't do returns on even things like a torch, no matter how recently you purchased the item.

Thanks golden hookah for your clean restrooms. In fact, the whole store was very clean as well. I liked the table area for eating, computer, and or lounging. Lots of construction so hopefully the parking lot will accommodate large vehicles. Young man at register was pleasant and attentive. Thanks for good experience.

Well I hate to be an outlier here but I have to admit I was less than impressed with this place. One of the gentlemen is nice and professional enough. For a place called "Golden Hookah" their options of hookahs etc are breathtakingly limited and they sold all their hookah hoses that apparently are supposed to come with the hookah. Every place deserves a second chance so I will visit in the future to see if there are any changes, but for now, not a particularly satisfied customer.

Love this place. The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Great selection of everything from pipes to papers to accessories and novelties. The only knock I can think of is that their rolling tobacco selection could be better, but overall I've always liked this place. I'd say they're better than Fatt Hedz used to be

I enjoy my recreations but I'm a family man now so it's not what it used to be by any means. Had great conversation with the guy working there usually don't get, prices for pipes were quite a bit more than I wanted so I got a water pipe I used to love a decade ago. Guy knocked down the price without me asking which is also beyond rare. Definitely found my new PERMANENT smoke shop in okc, I've literally been looking for over a decade since the old Mr Coolz was around had some 7/10-8/10 places, never a 10/10 since them though. Highly recommend.

This shop has always been super cool. Good deals on glass and papers. Always friendly. Very knowledgeable. If they don’t have what you need, they’ll point you in the right direction.

Wow what rude staff from the minute I walked in some kid with a lip ring was immediately rude. I just stared using the tobacco concentrate items and wasn't sure what size I needed for my rig and he was unwilling to help me with it. When he brought out the bowls for it and the prices I told my boyfriend that it was too expensive and we couldn't afford it right now and the lipped rig douche at the counter made a comment that if I didn't like the prices then I could leave. Don't ever come here Me.Coolz is way better with way better customer service

The workers are always very helpful. They have a large selection of everything you could want in their store. The prices are comparable to any other head shop of its kind. Highly recommended easy to find and guaranteed to satisfy

Best place near edmond for glass and shisha. Edit - After seeing a number of reviews decrying expensive glass allow me to elaborate on why this is. The majority of glassware in this store is from American blowers or glass manufacturers. If you want cheap, ask for import glass but dont expect it to last as long or look as pretty.
