Went there to check on my Mother. Staff was very friendly and caring. My Mother's stay is only temporary so far I'm very pleased.
Lot of inexperienced staffing, Alzheimer's unit very short staffed may have 1 CNA in the evening and 1 Nurse. Smelly at times no bedrails on the bed even though I asked for one to be put on bed. Stated it's against NC law, everything is NC as told by them.
Nasty dirty rude staff forgets to bring my mother her food
