Great place to go if you have issues with housing. They are always there to help and they really care.
I have never been serviced by GOLES so I cannot rate them in that regard. However, when it comes down to responding to inquiries or RSVPing for event I never get a response. I contacted GOLES on different occasions and never received a response.
Best place ever they are very much like a family an make you feel so welcome they helped me save my apartment before i almost got kicked out amazing place amazing staff so kind and caring :
