Thanks, Steve. Thanks to your support I was able to find the right driver for me Ping G425 max after the several tries with TSi3.2.etc. Hope I could find better irons, wedges, putter as well, soon.

Total Customer Service! Manager Tom, provided me a Driver adjusting tool since TaylorMade didn't provide me one. That's what brings me back here instead of going to PGA Tour Superstore! Thanks Tom!

Had a great experience getting my clubs regripped. They called me two days earlier than promised. No fuss, not crowded, plenty of parking. Ready for some golf!

Most of staffs are very kind when I buy something. But manager spoke hitchily when I ask the warranty what I bought a year ago. Even though I just questioned.

Horrible experience at the Paramus location. Manager Markell is very unprofessional , rude. Sarcastic remarks. I will never shop here again Ps. One example I Tried to return a dozen NEW PROv1x’s I Was told by Markell they can only give me $6.99 back for a dozen pro v ‘s!!! Because they have been sold For that price before. Any golfer knows that is a complete LIE. $6.99 for a dozen pro v 1’s? Really bud? Don’t shop there. They’re a Bunch of liars

Not overly helpful. Basically had to search for someone in order to get help purchasing some clubs for my wife. When display was only available the store employees acted as if they couldn’t provide any box or carrying items for the clubs; and they weren’t cheap. It wasn’t until the manager came by that we were able to get help. Basically felt as if because we didn’t look the part we weren’t getting the same level of service as others in the store. Not sure I’ll be coming back to this location.

Brand new club breaks after a few swings. Just like other reputable organizations you would think they have a good return policy. Not the case with Golf Galaxy! Stuck with a lame duck club, and I was told that this happens all of the time, so I just have to keep the club or trade it back at a lower multiple. This is horrible service!

So...a few months ago I went in looking for a new set of Irons. I must say the customer service was great! After being asked a few questions I gave the sales person info such as budget, what I currently hit, and some clubs I had in mind after doing some research. Unfortunately, I now feel I was not given a proper fitting. I now feel I was pushed to getting a set of clubs that was a "good deal". A brand new set, but the model was a couple of year old. After playing the clubs for about 10 round I was not loving the clubs. My distances were off and misses different than my previous set. After mentioned these issues to a friend he suggested I go to another place with those clubs to compare different clubs. The sales person at the new place went through a battery of different drills with me and also felt the shafts we too heavy. As those are shafts that some pros hit. I could feel the difference in different clubs with different shafts. Sure if he was right after doing some "Googling". I no pro, but understand some aspects of the game and trust professionals in the game. Ultimately, I now feel as though I was just "sold" on a set of irons just to move inventory or make a sale. Very frustrating and upsetting.

DO NOT GO TO GOLF GALAXY in PARAMUS New Jersey off route 17. Recently had some work done on my driver, the work was not done as I had requested. Instead of making things right...they said they were going to charge me AGAIN for a mistake they made. Said I had to book an appointment for refitting... THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE STORE and could've taken 5minutes to adjust. The manager was rude and disrespectful and didn't even care if they made the mistakes. Never had this kind of problem at the PGA Superstore. PGA superstore always made things right. So please... DO NOT GO GOLF GALAXY. I REGRET SPENDING A SINGLE CENT IN THAT PLACE AND NEVER AGAIN!! I don't even feel golf galaxy deserves even 1 star.
