Dr. Gonce performed my breast augmentation in June 2020 and he did a phenomenal job. He is the epitome of professional and has great bedside manner. His staff is efficient, helpful and direct. They treated me with respect and explained everything each step of the way. His approach post op is stretching and that is very effective and supported clinically. This approach includes early range of motion allowing for minimal chance of capsular contracture and does not require massaging. I give Dr. Gonce and his staff 5/5 stars and I am an RN with a medical background. If this tells you anything, I drove 6.5 hours immediately following surgery to get home! I was a patient of Dr. Gonce's in 2011 and had a good experience then, so as I'm planning for another procedure, he was the obvious person to go to. I went in for a consultation and was greeted with a no-smiling front desk employee who barely looked at me and never smiled once, from entering to exiting, she never smiled and was very cold, and Dr. Gonce was the same way!? I was kind of hurt, honestly. I've talked highly of him over the years when asked about my experience. I expected to be appreciated more as a returning customer and instead felt like he was irritated I was there and couldn't wait to get out of the room. I won't be going back there. There are other experienced, capable surgeons out there who will appreciate my business.

Dr Gonce did my BA on September 10th, 2020 The procedure was laid out for me in terms I could understand, I never felt like I had an unanswered question. Bedside manner was perfect and follow up appointments have gone smoothly as well. I was very nervous before surgery but Dr Gonce, anesthesiology and the rest of the staff calmed all of my fears and walked me through everything. I have had zero complications and I finally feel complete! My results are incredible. I’m telling everyone. Thank you Dr Gonce!

The best staff ever. Dr. Gonce is easy to get along with. I was a patient of Dr. Galoob. His staff is very unprofessional and have to wait hours on him. I had Dr. Gonce redo my breat augmentation. And he gave me a breast lift. They were very nice. The front desk, nurses, Dr. Gonce, and his anstegelosgist were amazing. Would recommend to everyone. We drove all the way from Healdton and I'd rather drive there than use another plastic surgeon ever.

Staff is amazing! He will sit and talk with you as long as you want, always open to questions. I have a lot of wonderful things to say; let me start off by talking about the staff. Wow! They treated me like family. Deborah and I had done a lot of emailing back and forth before coming out here for surgery. She's a true gem! The rest of the staff was amazing as well, they made me feel at home and calmed my nerves tremendously. Dr. Gonce himself was a truly caring doctor with great bedside manner. He joked around and you could tell he loved what he does. He let me pick out my size during the consultation and then gave me his input which was awesome. My consult was a day before surgery day i arrived early and my husband ate all their cookies they had out lol. I only had to take half a valium surgery morning because I wasn't too nervous because I was reassured I'd be taken care of. On surgery day i was able to retry on my size with a tank top to make sure I liked the look which I did and the anesthesiologist came in to meet with me, shook my hand and asked me some questions to make sure I'd be as safe as possible. After surgery I was sore and still am today but it's well worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Gonce and his amazing staff! Thank you Dr Gonce for giving me confidence and a pair of beautiful new boobies!

Dr. Gonce made me feel like the only patient he had when he was helping me make decisions about my procedure. He spent a ton of time in the room with me and I never once felt rushed. He paid attention to every detail, whether they were big or small. I am 100% happy with my entire experience.
