Gong cha's my to go for a drink in this area. It's my favorite. I love their drinks are non dairy but they are still creamy and milky in flavor. I recommend their seasonal flavors, my favorites taro bubble tea, Earl grey milk tea and I'm sure their brown sugar is amazing too. You can regulate sugar and ice amount in levels, if you don't like it too sweet, low it to 10 or 30. 50 is super sweet and 100...well!
Nice place for bubble tea. They were out of black tea when i was there and the steamer was broken so there were limited hot drinks. The earl gray hot bubble tea wasn’t very hot and the hot drink cap made it hard to get the boba out while drinking so it mainly stayed at the bottom. Would go for a cold bubble tea here next time.Takeout: Yes
What an absolute disaster. Wait was long but it's okay. Gong cha is that good. They gave me the incorrect order & when I pointed it out, the cashier in braids says "oh, that's not your order..It should be coming up"; but the people who ordered immediately behind me get both of their drinks. Had to ask the lady making the actual drinks to receive the right order. She was nice but come on, cashier. That's not how you should handle incorrect orders. Experience was not worth $6.72 with tip.
This boba joint is the cheapest among all of the other choices around this place. The standard flavours are pretty good and they usually run out of the pearls towards the end of the day. So, plan well if you intend to go here.
Authentic milkteas with a great topping selection and customizable sugar. My favorite is the milk foam. Plus, they use biodegradable straws
I'm normally a big fan of gongcha...but I would not return to this location.....they don't seem very generous with their toppings and it seems sloppy in there. The day I went, I guess that they just got some shipments in a I get its a small store, but if your opening hours say 12pm, then you should be open and ready to take orders starting at 12pm....otherwise lock the door and put a note on the door saying you guys will open later. I had ordered an item with basil seeds and jelly and there was barely any basil seeds or jelly....seemed a bit expensive for what I got.....
I used to love Gong Cha, but this is probably the worst Gong Cha location I’ve been to. They can’t take gift card, and they messed up my order gave & charged me for a large instead of a medium, gave me 50% instead of 30% and my friends’ orders gave someone 0% instead of 50% sugar. My drink was way too sweet and I had to throw it away. Also, while I enjoy Gong Cha’s earl grey tea, I would choose Kung Fu Tea over Gong Cha for winter melon.
Lines are crazy long! I waited 20 minutes to order and 10 more to pick up my drink. Insane. But tea is delicious in here though.
Small, little shop in Korea Town NYC. Very small so there was a line out the door when I visited. Expect to wait 10 - 15 minutes from ordering to receiving the drink. Tried the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I got 70% sweet and found it to be very sweet. Good tea, friendly employees.
Amazing service. Really nice people who work there. They are fast even when there is a long line.
