Goo-Goo Express Wash

I have been using the car wash for years. Today I came and I had a issues with the reader taking my credit card and the attendant came out a bit annoyed and mumbled something and just walked off. I went to go in the car wash - he half heartedly scrubbed the left side skipping much of it and not doing the back. Most of the spaces are blocked and hosed for vacuum are on the ground. Sad - it used to be a good place to go . Only 3 vacuums working. Customer screaming at other customers because they were using vacs. Employees did not try to resolve. Horrible!Service: Vacuuming

I see a lot of improvements being made. Used to be a Goo Goo Car wash and they were always short staffed and out of air fresheners. 1st time back since the name change. Wash was better and they had air fresheners and towels. The car mat vacuums were still being installed. Can't wait to see if it will be better or will it continue to decline like Goo Goo. When you pay $21 dollars for a wash you expect everything to be functional.

I really prefer Goo Goo car wash for the convenience and time saving. I wish that my location in Birmingham Al on Bessemer Road would update their vacuum system! Most don't work, and never any car scents. But overall I like my membership.Services: Car waxing

I’ve been coming thru for years and was never impressed but since Take 5 took over i’ve had nothing but great experiences. The new vacuums are amazing!!! I met the new manager, David, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Worst car wash ever. Half of the vacuums have been out for over a year and the ones that do work are horrible. Tire shine doesn't work anymore either. And worst over, when you call customer service, they WILL NOT call you back. I've left at least 8 messages for them over the past several months with ZERO returned phone calls. TERRIBLE!

So much better since Take 5 took over. The wash was better, the vacuums are strong, and they have free detailing sprays/towels.

The touch screen at the kiosk to pay was not working well. Had to press my option over and over. 2 attendant working, they both grab brush at the beginning of the wash but only 1 wanted wash my car. ALL goo goo car wash are getting bad. The one downtown Birmingham is way worse than this one. Time to find another car wash.

It barely got the dirt off of my car. I had to go through it twice. The first attempt it didn’t shine my left tires the front nor the left rear but shined my right front and rear so when I went back through it finally did all four. Also dirt was still on my hood trunk also grill. I wish they could my dirt off of my car as it supposed.Services: Car waxing

The wash Work's great! The price has went up. Yesterday got a car wash and noticed that things are changing. Price increase Different areas to park n vacuum your car with Upgrade service parking. Most of the vacuuming systems were down or had no suction. It takes a long time to use this location. I'm usually waiting for the wash to reopen or there's a issue with the machine to pay for a wash. I purchased a 9$ wash and was satisfied with the wash. You definitely have to pay Xtra for anything that involves cleaning tires. The whole idea is that the service is fast,fair priced n ready for my business and this location takes longer to use is more expensive and has a vacuum system that doesn't work properly. Without the quick quality service I will be price n quality shopping around.This location is convenient for a lot of people. The staff is friendly but the spot needs changes for more business.
