Since February, she has been able to answer any questions I had. She's even called my insurance to make sure a certain procedure would be covered before going through with it. I recently left my job and needed to purchase a medical plan through covered CA. I had the pleasure of working with Justina Mills. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. She was able to answer all of my questions and look at my app to make sure everything looked right. What impressed me the most was her follow up. After I signed up on my own and purchased my plan she emailed me a few days later. She answered some questions that I was going to call her about before I had a chance to call her. Showed great intitialtive and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I am a healthcare worker and I was looking for more options to expand my insurance coverage in covered California, especially during this pandemic and having been working with patients with covid-19. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed by the owner, Kelly Thompson Good and her husband Mr. Good, who are publicly against basic public health. Given that this is a medical insurance company and the owners refuse to wear face masks themselves, I feel hesitant for anyone who is concerned about their health to put their insurance in this company’s hands. I highly would not recommend.

I would highly recommend Good and Associates. Ginny was so on top of things. Everything went so smooth and easy, and these days that's a rarity. Thank you so much for making this easy for me. I haven't been this pleased with customer service in a very long time. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
