Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs

I generally order delivery at least once a week from this location. The food is always GREAT! But, EVERY TIME the lady (same person) delivering my food says she doesn't have change. I can't afford to tip someone $10 dollars every time they come into bring me my sandwich. I just don't believe that she doesn't have change EVERY single time. I would suggest this is a possible ploy to get a higher tip. I'm fine tipping, but I will not tip $10 every time because they "don't have change" and then leave me feeling rude if I don't tip them at all.

I have to update my review. It used to be 4 stars, but they are really slipping here. Portions have become totally arbitrary, there’s no attention to detail, customer service has gone way downhill the last two months. I don’t know what happened, but most of the employees who were truly outstanding are gone, and their replacements are sullen, careless, and poorly trained. I’m very disappointed to see what was once one of my favorite places go so downhill. I mean, after years of coming to expect great service, friendly employees, and quality food, it’s very disappointing. I mean, when you go to subway, you expect sullen, downcast faces and carelessly tossing wet old lettuce onto disgusting bread. You don’t expect it at goodcents. The BEST place for subs! They deliver and are fast. Haven't messed up our orders and they have a rewards program!!! Never have had an issue with freshness or quality!

Can't say good things about this place. No better place to get a sandwich in Lincoln. Staff is always friendly and in a great mood. A++

Whoever that man was who appeared to be "in charge" was extremley rude. He not only wouldn't listen to what my family and I was asking to put on OUR sandwhich, he just did things the way he chose. We asked for the sandwhiches to be toasted and he told us "they don't need to be." Not only was he rude and not listening to our order he messed up the order in front of us and instead of admitting his mistakes he took it out on the customers. The other females and one male working there looked miserable from him yelling at them every second. (Don't know his name but he had brown hair long enough to his ears and around 5'8.)
