Goodfellas Bail Bonds

Gino at Goodfellas made bailing my boyfriend out of jail so stress free. I left there feeling relieved. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a bail bond. Excellent service, professional, answered all my questions and helped me understand the whole process. Thanks Gino.... and he sings too. Gino, my son still wants to ride in your car!!!

Called on 1.10.18 based on recommendation from inmate that was picked up on traffic tickets. I spoke with a gentlemen named Bobby to initiate bail. My question was how does this work, do I need to co-sign. I received a lecture that of course I did and don't even bother to come if I wasn't. I'm not a pro at this nor ever been to jail myself so a simple explanation would've sufficed which he checked and confirmed begrudgingly and provided amount I need to pay. I then went to office when I left work and was helped by Nancy - she is the only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars - She was courteous and took time to obtain all info needed to post bail. Wasn't able to complete it on this day due to the booking status, however she continue to check through 1.11.18 and called me to advise that I should be able to do so on 1.12 to call office in the morning and I would be assisted. On 1.12 I get Bobby again that then went to tell me that I can't cosign, collateral is required and if I don't have any to go find another company which I did. I was pissed that I wasn't able to use them in order for Nancy's due diligence to be paid off, especially since she continued to follow up and called me on 1.12, when she got to work, but with nasty customer service provided by Bobby, I had no choice. The person was in for traffic tickets and total bail amount was $2100.00. All was handled swiftly by the next company I located. If you must use them I suggest you wait until 3:30pm when Nancy's shift start - otherwise you will be spoken down to and made to feel like you're the criminal and you did something wrong. The inmate is not supposed to be treated as guilty until court, but I don't believe Bobby shares that philosophy. There's at least 5 bail bonds companies sitting within block of each other so one would think customer service would be top notch by all parties......

Bobby made this unexpected event a much more enjoyable and quick experience!! He even gave my best friend a ride home after he bailed him out of jail!! He needed all the help he could get ☺

Goodfellas are the best. Bobby was very kind to me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed or ashamed of what had happened to me. He walked me through everything carefully and even gave me a recommendation for an amazing attorney. I would recommend them to anyone having any trouble in LV. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again but I’ll have them on speed dial just Incase. Lol. Thanks Again Bobby...you rock!

Nancy was awesome. She walked me through the entire process. Jovan answered all my questions even before I decided to use Good Fellows. They worked with me and showed me respect. Hopefully I will not need their services again but if I ever do, there is no hesitation, I'm a customer for life.... Thank you so much 😃 and I did get a shirt and a hug...
