Staff busy with installing new security system , so shelves pretty empty... not enough staff to stock.. Staff seems overwhelmed with donations...
Goodwill has a lot of good deals if you have time to look around. I've bought many many things from them over the years.
Good place if you want to buy items at a cheap price. Smells a little odd and store isn't the cleanest.
Nice lady Mia working today. Very competent.
The store, in Kailua is very organized and has lots of friendly and helpful staff.
Overpriced and very expensive. Donations are not run very well. This is not a non-profit, as the name implies. Just check how much their CEO makes. Donate to Salvation Army or Habitat for Humanity
If you have something to donate, don’t try here. The woman working was rude, refused to accept my donation despite the sign saying they were still open and accepting them. Not a positive experience, despite trying to give them items to make $ off of. Won’t be coming back.
The sales associate wasted no time to say that since I have three CDs, I can get one free. She said that she will miss me!
Clean, cheap, and nice clothing! This goodwill is much better than the one in Honolulu. The inside is extremely clean and I was able to find new clothes for cheap. Definitely a good place to go if you like second hand clothing.
