I have been to ALOT of Goodwills and while this one is by no means the worst it is certainly close. This is largely due to the abnormally large ‘botique’ section of the up-charged items that are almost all barely worth $5-$10 if not worthless refer to attached picture of $15 used boxers In terms of cleanliness & organization: 4.5/5 Variety of quality hard goods: 4/5 Quantity & quality of Womens clothing: 4/5 Men’s clothing: 2.5/5 Price: 0/5
One of my favorite goodwills but they changed there store and no longer sort by size. I now have to spend 3 times the amount of time as I sort through EVERY item. It doesn’t make sense from a customer or worker standpoint. Every single item is getting touched but shoppers creating more mess and germs on items. stuff I wouldn’t have needed to touch I had to sift through. It’s also not very disability friendly having to spending 3 times the amount of time. There’s no need for the color coding, just size coding please. I come weekly and only buy the sale items and can normally get in and out quickly. What used to be a pretty clean store now is disorganized and messy. Hope to see them change it back. Staff is still very friendly, this has nothing to do with them. I am assuming it’s coming from higher ups.
Nice people working, clean space but a bit small. There are two floors but it's still a small goodwill. Ok selection. The prices were outrageous though, but I think that's more a company wide issue
Good store, decent selection, no fitting rooms which made pants shopping more difficult. Plenty of parking.
Snagged a fantastic dining room table and chair set. The staff were upbeat, very helpful, and assisted me with loading it into my car. Great deals like brand-new designer sandals can be found with a little searching.
Amazing this place is asking 10$ for a old T-shirt.. at Walmart new t-shirts are under 5$ and are much better and you know nobody wear that shirt before.
I was here last week and bought a dress from a somewhat upscale brand. I got home and quickly realized the item had a hole on the front as long as my thumb. I paid $9 plus tax for this item, which is in my opinion pretty high. This item should not have been on the floor. I also saw them selling blatantly fake Gucci shoes for $70 displayed right at the front of the store near the door. Last time I shop here. They shouldn’t rip people off like this. One time about a year or so ago I came here when they had obviously just fumigated the store, and they were letting people walk around despite it smelling strongly of fumes. It gave me a headache and made me nauseous, and I’m not usually super sensitive to chemicals. I have to wonder how that was for the employees, who are usually working at Goodwill because they can’t leave and get hired elsewhere. Two stars because occasionally there are good finds here, but overall prices are way too high for the type of things you’ll find.
Friendly and clean. You have to wear a mask. They have antibacterial wipes for the carts but the hand sanitizer bottle is empty lately. I love the sale on the colored of the week.
Mixed feelings about this store. I did get some great stuff and staff was super nice but when I pointed out that one purse was covered in mold they said that it was fine and they would sell it anyway. They placed it back on the shelf/purse rack.
Overall nice selection of items, clean and organized from what I've experienced. I've gotten a lot of brand NEW house items for my place, which is great and has saved me money. Key tip: Go on days when they have special sales. Each week there's a new "tag color" on sale, sometimes 50-70% off original price. If you have a Capital One credit card, you get a discount - BUT remind the cashier/associate at checkout because this is not advertised and most employees don't apply the discount unless you ask. I think that's because they try to get customers to sign up for their rewards program not beneficial unless you shop very frequently and maybe some employees just aren't aware of the discount. Also you can't use your "membership points" in conjunction with the Capital One discount - per the manager I spoke with. Hopefully they gave me correct information. But if you want to confirm that, just call the store directly or Google it. I've been told by a few employees that "Sundays are when they put out a lot of new inventory." Hopefully this helps, don't forget to get that discount ;
