Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont

I have ordered a RC-transmitter through e-Bay and it was shipped to me from Goodwill Industries in Charlotte, NC. It was a great shopping experience on line and I am sure that I will be buying more stuff form Goodwill. I just wanted to thank you for every thing you have help. Thanks again!

Very poor management. They treat their employees terribly. They use them until they no longer need them to profit their bottom line.

The biggest Goodwill that I have visited. There is a small boutique around one side that offers new/lightly used clothing and most items still have the tags. Great prices too and the staff is so friendly. They even offer free WiFi.

Their training programs are very informative. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I ordered a used book from them through Amazon Marketplace. They shipped the wrong book. I sent them an email explaining the error and the reply that came back was seemingly an automated stock reply. They did refund my money but I felt treated very impersonally and will not use them in the future.

Don't buy from them they sell counterfeit
