The security guard is hilarious and friendly, and also the store is clean with an excellent inventory!

Huge selection and great prices, if you’re willing to overlook the dirty and rundown location and mediocre customer service. If you’re coming to find great deals, you will find them, but don’t expect a premium shopping experience.

Don’t like the service here? Sallies are just next door. Not spoiled for choice in the goodwill in this location. Too many clothes? Got something you don’t wear? Share the love around everybody.

It's neat seeing a thrift store in the fashion capital of the world. Neat stuff. It was a good experience with good staff, the only thing that I didn't care for was that most of the prices were too confusing to see. Hardly anything had a price tag and the pricing chart was very innacurate.

I love this location! I always find some very specific item that I'm looking for here. I've based two costumes on statement pieces I found here for both $10, and they were both things that are not easy to find. You can probably find something great if you have time to dig through piles of clothing.

My go to place for donations and buying items at the thrift shop. Once in a while, you can find a really good deal. Staff is decent.
