Have a decent selection of items but some items are way to overpriced. The loft needs to be it’s own store in all honesty. No signs saying you need to buy the items upstairs and saw lots of people leave their items because communication is not clear and it is not organized. Totally understand that it’s busy on weekends but staff is quite rude when answering a question and rushes you when paying or when you are asking a question. Will continue to support Goodwill but just some things that are important to keep in mind & doesn’t come as a surprise if you visit!
Clean organized store, with nice staff on my visit although I didn't find anything that interested me that day , I'm sure theres.somyhimg for almost everyone. Two story location that also has a cabinet boutique of furniture and retro stuff upstairs
Bruh... If it wasn't for the clothes I "acquire" from goodwill, my clothes would not look at all as saucy as they do. Little essential nick nacks- in there! I would thank them but really my thanks goes to people throughout the silicon valley who donate their gently used and new items. But thanks goodwill for putting it all together and not tripping off me discreetly walking out with a different outfit tucked into my pants or a backpack they so conviniently provided.
A good selection to source from if you're a casual Ebay reseller and is actually one of the better Goodwills in the South Bay but internet is bad here unless you have Xfinity wifi.
Nice staff, organized place. The things upstairs are meh though, at least ~$10 more on average Goodwill stuff.
I finally ran into Goodwill's very silly policy of not putting a price tag on items that aren't priced. There were three items there that I wanted to buy would have easily been a $60 purchase. I don't know who took the tags off but their policy is not to put a new tag on. This is got to be the stupidest policy in the retail world. I have asked almost a dozen times at other good wills for them to put a price on items missing a price and they have always done it and 90% of the time I have purchased said product.
A good amount of variety. Even includes an upstairs for the more luxurious/brand-name items. The clothes on the lower floor cost anywhere from $4-$9 and upstairs was around $9-$20 dollars, with a couple sport merchandise that cost up to $40. I had a really nice experience since there were 4 changing stalls and there was never a huge line for any one of them, but don't expect to have a place to sit down, even when changing. Service was quick and items were easy to find, but there were by far more feminine clothing items than masculine.
I found an item that was not priced. A very nice volunteer for me a price. The cashier rang it up and then said this is not the price code for this item& I explained how I got the price. She then said”can’t sell it to you, has the wrong price code on it” How it’s priced is not my business.the fact that it was priced she should have just sold it instead of arguing with a customer. I am contacting weights & measures. I understand if I’d does NOT have a price Goowill will not sell it. but this product had a price regardless.
A little bit rude and extremely-compliant with haggling overpriced and did I say extremely rude. If you walk in there with your clothes that you use for work even though you drive in a brand new pickup truck which they didn't see me driving they seem to stereotype people as being homeless and thieves that's extremely not cool I would say if you're going to a Goodwill stay away from this one unless you want to pay top dollar for stuff that was donated to them for free
Clean and well organized store. Prices are ridiculously high! I mean it’s all donated items. Don’t even bother going upstairs, stuff cost more then new items at the retail store!
