Great thrift store. Large selection of men's and women's clothes 4 fitting rooms, housewares, dishes, frames, sports items, furniture, books, dvds, lamps, appliances, luggage, etc. The store is well organized and employees are friendly. Pricing is generally pretty good, as is typically expected.
Goodwill in this city has turned into such a joke. Walked in today and saw the new fancy remodel and I couldn't believe it. This used to be my favorite store and I stopped by 2-3 times a week at least. With the higher overall pricing and selective pricing of ""high end"" items which are often laughably at or higher than retail. Dollar Tree items for $3-4, Cole Haan loafers for $60? you joking? it feels like they're getting too big for their britches. They get all their items for free and pay their staff pennies. If I pay a boutique price for something I expect a quality guarantee or at least a return policy. I just don't understand at all. It's hard to call Goodwill a charitable organization anymore, if it ever was.
I actually really like this store, I come here once a week. I have noticed lately though...you guys are really proud of certain shoes you're trying to sell. I couldn't believe I really picked up a shoe, looked inside to see $89.99 ‍! $90 for basketball shoes at Goodwill?? I might as well pay $10-$20 more for BRAND NEW at the mall. It's ridiculous.
They usually have guitars, which is hard for me to find while thrifting. Prices are steep on good ones, marked around the same price as indivudual resellers online. Better than retail prices, and instant satisfaction of having it in your hands today. Place. Always seems busy. Like Everyone wants cheap guitars nowadays.
I found some great bargains and deals here and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very clean and name brand clothing!! Excellent service always!! Great variety of stuff!!
Goodwill is Goodwill. It's always hit and miss. This particular store has very friendly staff. Tons of clothes and usually lots of furniture.
The employees are very nice and respectable. Store is clean. However, as used prices go, they are considerably high for the very worn items they have. Tag days I cant seem to find the sale color tag available. Maybe coming to late. Their prices are equivalent to a small consignment store which is kind of pricey as far as used items go. But hey maybe it's just me, I'm always looking for a good deal.
I really enjoy visiting this location. It is very well kept/organized, items are well-priced, there is no “thrift store” smell, and the staff are very friendly and helpful!
Absolutely terrible and rude staff. Was gathering and sorting clothes I wanted to take to the dressing room and a worker heavier set brown haired in green shirt…don’t know their names snapped that only four were allowed like I was doing something wrong, and I hadn’t even gone in yet. It was completely unnecessary and rude. Then when I was talking to my friend outside the room, I saw them talking to another worker and looking over at us. Probably complaining. Not the kind of staff that makes people feel welcome…more so talked about and targeted for no reason when trying to shop. They seemed frustrated and like they wanted to control the littlest of things and attack customers. When two people came when it was closing time, they were being unnecessarily disrespectful and one loudly said to another to stop them and that they couldn’t read. It was an oddly aggressive attitude I’ve rarely seen from staff anywhere. To top it off- when me and my friend left, apparently one of the exit doors was locked with no way of knowing. The old blonde woman was super condescending about us not knowing what door to use saying she was going to the unlocked one for a reason, like we should know….nice to be talked to like we were stupid when exiting a store. Will not be coming back. I’ve never written a review before but this was too much…
