Went for oil change, pressure in rear tire was low. After few hours received a call stating there is a nail in the rear tire so its needs replacement! Do take photos ,videos before leaving your car with them. Will think twice before visiting this place better to go to dealership
Micheal, Jason,Malachi,Darwian were all very nice and extremely professional, they helped me in my time if need even without a schedule appointment. Their attitude was extremely helpful and I would always come back to this location.
Have been here in the past for tires, most recently needed a screw removed and repaired on my 3 month old tire. Was told they would need to patch it and would take 2 hours, which was understandable because they were busy at the time. I couldn't wait that day so I returned and they had it "fixed" in 5 min. Upon inspection they simply installed a standard tire plug which is not the appropriate remedy for a puncture and only safe to drive temporarily until getting a patch installed. I called back and was told they used a plug patch and that it was properly repaired, which was just a lie. I was also not given a receipt for the repair, even if it's free of charge there should have been a work order showing it was done properly. And lastly, why was I told on a Monday it would take 2 hours to have it patched if they were only going to take 5 min to put a plug in it when I came back 2 days later.
This man has a tv blasting loudly and and iPad playing music loudly and ask for me to talk louder. I spoke louder and then he began to become belligerent. I could barely her myself think! He tells me to leave because he’s saying I’m yelling. He never once turned down any of the devices. This “man” barges at me and tells me I have to leave and he’s calling the police. I’ve literally never had anything like this happen. This is very disgusting, disrespectful and psychotic. This person needs help!
I've used this location for well over a decade and they've always done right by me. Because of this, when I moved 50+ miles north of Atlanta, I wanted to continue being a customer, despite being inconveniently far away. Made an appointment for today two days ago via online. When I arrived, I was told, "Oh no, we're too busy for your appointment today...can't do it". This begs the question of what the purpose of making an appointment was? Not to mention the same gentlemen I've built a rapport with over the years were downright dismissive. Granted it was for a simple service today, but was going to make a purchase of four new tires totalling roughly a grand. But, I guess this relationship came to a halting end today. Do better for your existing customers!
I was minutes away from beginning a 700 mile trip when my Low Tire Pressure Indicator came on. Fortunately, I was also 1 block away from this GoodYear. They checked my tire, found an imbedded screw, patched it up, and sent me on my way. No wait. No bill... only kindness, efficiency and "Have a safe trip"! Now, that's IMPRESSIVE SERVICE! Thank you!
I called and spoke to Malachi who when I was attempting to tell him I’d like a price on front brake pad and rotors and before I could finish the sentence he cut me off and rudely said we don’t have anybody here right now to install which isn’t what I even tried to ask for. I then told him again and completed my sentence and said I was just asking for a price on pads and rotors . After I told him he was rude for cutting me off. Then when I was trying yo ask how much it’d be he cut me off again.
Went to this Good Year location in my area & was assisted by Gary! He was PHENOMENAL. Next time you go here, ask for Gary & he’ll provide you great service.
