Excellent customer service! I had my vehicle serviced twice, days apart. Both times were a pleasure to deal with a team that was friendly and knowledgeable on the services rendered. The prices were fair and reasonable. I value Matt’s in depth explanation on my vehicle’s issues. I greatly appreciate him and his team for getting me taken care of.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in awhile especially when it comes to car service. Plus Customer service was very pleasant. Being a female walking into a shop full of men, I automatically assumed they were going to try and get one up on me, but that wasn’t the case. I went in to get an alignment/balance done on my car, because it was pulling and vibrating. Everything went smooth, After I paid they also mentioned that by the next time I get an oil change I should get my tires done because they were doing something weird in the back forgot what he exactly said. I drove off thinking I would not feel any type of vibration, but after going past a certain speed I started to feel it again but it wasn't as bad.. I turned around because like any paying customer we go in for certain things, we expect it to be done. Went in and asked a couple a questions. They even showed me what the technician felt on the tires and why it was still vibrating, Got my answer and had another appointment to get my tires done. In this process they help me find the right tire at a affordable cost, I did some research and no one could top their price... With all this being said I will be returning back to this location, if I ever need any work done on my car. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience!

I have been going to the Goodyear on Clemson Road for several years and have only had good experiences with them. The managers and technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them completely when it comes to the care of my car. I wouldn't travel alone for long distances unless they check my vehicle first.

Drew and his crew helped me out tonight. I was so worried about how I would get my daughter’s tire fixed late this evening. Honest guys, and extremely helpful. Had me in and out of there very quickly. So very nice. I will be returning there anytime I need help.

matt and his goodyear crew are awesome! they fixed my tires extremely fast and provided excellent customer service. i will definitely come back for all of my repairs.

There aren't enough stars to give Matt and his crew. I have been bringing my cars here for years. They are always honest, fair and competitive with pricing. The service is quick and if there is anything else wrong they will let you know along with how big of a priority it is to get fixed. I feel safer on the road because I bring my car to this Goodyear and Matt.

Very courteous and professional service. Fixed one tire and found another with a huge nail that could have resulted in a blowout. Could not be happier with how quickly they serviced my car and their knowledge and greet customer support. Prices were great too. They did everything perfect ! Definitely will return for service.

I’ve been to a couple Goodyears in the area but this is the best one. I had a wonderful experience. Matt the manager is amazing. They were professional, friendly and honest. I needed extensive work done to my car in which they worked overtime to make sure my car was fixed properly. They went above and beyond for me. I would def recommend.
