It’s a great store okay prices but they lost a star because the line is super long and there is only two cashiers working super slow. NOT impressed AT ALL!!!
Love to come here and look for good deals on clothes for me and the kids. Not a good selection on shoes though. Staff is very nice and the store is always clean. Clothes are organized and easy to shop. They also have home furnishings, accessories, luggage, household decorations, lingerie, perfumes, just about everything.
Great store with something for everyone. Well organized. Great if your looking for a gift for someone special. Many color shirts for both genders. Kid clothes and shoes for the whole family for a lot less. Nice customer service. Athletic gear can be found for the whole family. Kitchen items and even something for fido the dog.
Unorganized, sale prices not matching the price on the item and you can only use coupons that are emailed to you. There was only one cashier at the customer service section of the store while another employee stood at the doors watching 7 other customers waiting in line. Not sure if they are in need of a few more employees. But it could make a big difference when it comes to correct business and customer satisfaction. I do like what I left with though that's a plus.
I do have to admit I like the setup they had before it seems to be a little more cluttered looking but they still have good deals, a big selection for men women and children I also like there signs and picture aisle, the variety for toys for dogs is cool they also carry cat furniture. They cut back on some of the stuff to decorate your home with which made me a little sad but they still have things to make fairy gardens with, statuesque art for outside and such like that. They do have a restroom and a wheelchair-accessible entrance
I don't shop here often and when I do they remind me why I don't. I went to the discount shoe section and looked for a pair of shoes for 15-20 minutes. Finding some I liked I went to go stand in line which there was only 2 registers open so that took a while. Get up there and they say my shoes are not on discount. Ok, I'm not going to argue. So I bought nothing. And I will refuse to shop here again.
very interesting selection of clothing in the young men's section, you can find some really unique and cool stuff in there. all of the shirts i looked at were 15 or less, some as low as 5 bucks, and even the big heavy coats i saw topped at 30 bucks. they also have pet supplies and home furnishings and a small section of toys. only bad thing is the bathrooms smell so maybe avoid those
Used to Love this store!! It's got fun clothes, home items and a great staff. But WOWza. The store is a mess. The glass front doors are a complete sticky, filmy mess. I'm also really disappointed that there is no real functional fashion jewelry section anymore. It's barely stocked and is a sparsely cluttered mess. I mentioned my surprise to the Manager and he said overhead funds have been drastically cut back . I used to clean stores when I was a kid. It was a hard job but it taught me a lot. Guys......Hire kids for a few hours per week at minimum wage. The first impression of your business is on those finger printed, grimey glass front doors. Let me love you again !!! :D
Gordmans has always been my favorite place to shop. They have the absolute cutest clothes ever and their home decor selection is awesome.. I just went here last weekend and I was able to buy 4 shirts, 3 tank tops, 2 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of flats and a few snacks to munch on for the ride home for about $140. It was a complete steal! & while most of their staff was nice I wish they had more cashiers that were upbeat and positive. The young man that rang me up was shy and quiet as can be. I had to greet him when i approached the counter.
The prices are great. The clothing section is am an unorganized nightmare. Some clothes are good...some are trashy. The lingerie section his huge. It had a great selection of home goods that are cheap. The have a lot of lamp shades too. It would be 5 stars if the clothing area was organized.
