I highly, highly recommend Stefanie! Seeing her regularly absolutely changed my life for the positive. After multiple years of dealing with undiagnosed autoimmune issues, I turned to alternative methods to help ease my symptoms and get me back on a better path. Within the first session I noticed a difference and after a few months of consistently seeing her the large majority of my chronic symptoms were either gone or at least much better managed and more livable. She is very attentive and really understands how everything is interconnected to be able to address problems appropriately. She makes you immediately feel comfortable and her studio is always spotless. I can’t recommend her enough and don’t know where my health would be without her!

Stefanie is MAGIC. I started seeing her thinking it would be relaxing and maybe I could spend a little less on botox. Well, I have been seeing Stefanie at Gotham Wellness for almost a year now and haven't made a single appt for botox, filler, etc. Can't imagine that I'll need to, either. Just not needed! Plus, Stefanie's great to be around and so knowledgable -- nothing like getting acupuncture for whatever is needed at the time while also getting a facial treatment. Seeing her is my favorite treat to myself.

Acupuncture is now a regular part of my self care regimen, and that is entirely due to Stefanie’s incredible practice.

Stefanie is an incredibly gifted and personable acupuncturist. I completely trust her with my skincare needs. Her acupuncture facials are rejuvenating and results-oriented I've had people comment on how "flawless" my skin is after a trip to Stefanie. I don't live in the city, but she's well worth the Metro North haul. Amid the hustle and bustle of NYC, Stefanie's office is a restful oasis where science and the art of beauty coalesce for an unforgettable experience.

Stefanie is the absolute best! I started seeing her a year ago because I was experiencing tightness and pain in my shoulders and neck. Not only has her acupuncture completely relieved me from this pain but it has also helped me stay more in tune with my body. I always look forward to my appointments 2x a month, and sleep so well afterward! She has made several great recommendations with respect to my skincare and sleep routines as well. I’ve had such a wonderful experience here. Cannot recommend her enough!

Stefanie is a true healer!!!! I was recommended to her by a friend and within fourteen seconds I knew I'd come to the right person. She's incredibly skilled with acupuncture and a million other things - and able to attune to and read the body in a way that's at once deeply compassionate and also really light and lively. My sessions with her always feel both deeply restorative and profoundly engaging; I always leave feeling absolutely settled in my nervous system and also humming with energy. I can't wait for her studio to reopen.

My acu-facial was a year in the making and it was so worth the wait! This is was scheduled to happen in March 2020 but we all know what happened. When NY finally re-opened for facials I was cautious but Stefanie takes every COVID precaution to the Nth degree and it was much appreciated. My skin feels and looks amazing! Stefanie took the time to ask me about my habits, stress level and made suggestions based on my responses. It was like therapy and skin services all in one ! I truly enjoyed my visit and can’t wait to go back.

Stefanie is a miracle worker! Her knowledge and expertise are second to none. I immediately felt better, had a more toned and even complexion and have slept better than I have in years. This will be part of my health and wellness routine for the future.

I researched acupuncturists and facilities in NYC like it was my job and I was most impressed by Stefanie and Gotham Wellness, so I made an appointment. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. In a nondescript Soho building on Broadway, lies a serene boutique for health and wellness. Behind the door of suite 711, you’ll find the graceful minimalism welcoming and relaxing. From there, Stefanie took charge of our session and spent a good amount of time getting to know about my various aches and pains. Then I got on the table and Stefanie did her magic. I was a first-timer and she took extraordinary care to make sure I knew what was going on at every phase of the process. She was able to relieve pain in my neck and lower back, but it was my long-suffering foot that got the most out of the session. Within seconds of two or three needles being placed in my left foot, I felt tension and stress just dissipate and then disappear. Ten years of chronic foot pain seemingly gone in a flash. I’ve been back for two more sessions and have finally found something that absolutely ended my foot pain. I’ve had two surgeries and lots of PT. Nothing worked like acupuncture at Gotham Wellness. Run, don’t walk to this very special acupuncture atelier.

This was first experience with acupuncture, I was very excited and nervous. Right away meeting Stefanie my nerves went away. She has a calming and positive presence, very knowledgeable and so fun to talk with! She walked me through the process and continuously made sure I was ok and comfortable. I learned a lot and afterwards I felt refreshed and energized. It was a wonderful experience and I am really looking forward to my future visits!
