Maiya did a beautiful job with braiding my 6 year old granddaughter’s hair. Even though she’s tender headed she said it didn’t hurt at all! Maiya did a thorough shampoo and conditioner, beautiful braids and finished with lots of beads. My baby was extremely happy when she got through and so was I. I highly recommend Maiya!
Honestly the best service I have gotten. One is before the other is after I unfortunately don’t remember her name but she was caring kind wonderful . I have a disorder called neurofibromatous she didn’t care I got treated with respect.first 2 pictures are before the rest are afterwards. Definitely would send people. Students do the work. They are cheaper than a lot of other places . I got a color highlights and a cut. Between $100 and $130. Prices do vary hair length how many colors …….. plus other factors
I had 1:00 appointment for a facial. At 1:30 I heard them say the sheets were being changed on a bed. At 1:40 I still hadn't been seen, so I left. Why does the beauty industry think it's ok to keep clients waiting, especially after stressing that the last facial appointment is at 1:00.
I have gotten very good quality services at Gould Academy from students about to graduate and go out into salons across the city, state, and country. They give excellent service for a very affordable price. Try them. You won’t be sorry!
The students and instructors are excellent. I have had my hair cut, styled, added highlights and lowlights, after shampoo and have always been pleased. Very nice and professional.
My wife had an awful experience this morning during her pedicure treatment. The supervisor used harsh language with the students as well as my wife during the treatment, totally unacceptable. The supervisor showed a total lack of professionalism and no decorum whats so ever. My wife felt very bad for the student doing her nails as she was trembling in fear of her supervisor. My wife will never ever visit this school again.
