I sent Govberg my wife's Omega for repair.  Then I declined the repair and I bought her a new one. But they never shipped my unrepaired watch back to me and I already prepaid for return shipping. Now they won't return my messages or calls. I hope management see this review.

Watch battery replacement. Simple, right?  Front office very nice, promised overnight service, but have now left 4 voicemails and 1 email trying to find out where my watch is. They have no idea. I'm sure I'll get the watch back eventually but their repair tracking is a joke.

Did what I asked for! It took a little while to get. But everything was perfect! Worth the wait!
