My fiance and I trained here during our family trip and we really wish we could've trained here more! The instructors are really knowledgeable and everyone was very welcoming. Definitely recommend others training here if they're in Honolulu for Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai classes. We'll be back for sure!
World-class instruction, great training partners, very clean facilities. From kids to adults with day jobs to professional MMA fighters, Rylan and Matt do an amazing work with all their students. I have been training here since 2015 and have loved every minute.
