I was impressed with the large and varied selection in lighting. This was my first time shopping at Graham's lighting and I will return! Not only did I appreciate the wide selection I was pleasantly surprised to find they carried affordable choices as well as high end. I found selections from traditional to modern and everything in between.
Kermit is super helpful and knowledgeable. He's not afraid to open every catalog in the building to find the right light.
Worst customer service. We bought an order worth of thousands of dollars and multiple times. When we attempted to return3 items which are very minor, they refused and claimed they have a policy not to take back!!! Very very bad customer service and a policy hat should have been made known to us but never at any point we were told. The worst place to go to.
Wonderful people and great service. Let me tell you--if I owned a castle--I wouldn't go anywhere else for my lighting. Their lights are so beautiful too.

Large selection. The website allows for sorting by category but not by price or finish or color and has no prices listed. Customer svc lacking.
Worst service ever, they never reply back in time. It took them 1 month to come back with us on not so very satisfying customer service. Very disappointed!
