It took right at 2 WEEKS to get a compressor motor that was promised in 3-4 days. Order was canceled, reordered, TWICE not by me, and supposedly was shipped directly to us, TWO weeks, 8 phone calls, numerous e mails, and on my last call, I was told it was at the local warehouse, but wasn't yet released for pickup. Several journalists later it was available. I ordered a Leeson motor, made in, I believe Missippi, and received a U.S. Motors, motor made in MEXICO. This, after being told that the Leeson motor was in the process of being shipped. I am, and deservedly so, not impressed with the quality of service nor amount or quality of communications with Grainger's.

Never been here before today. Was referred by a guy at home Depot in their lighting department that looked up the part we where looking for. When we got there, we dealt with Joanne and she was so nice and pleasant and fun to work with. She took a measurement of one of links on our chain and found us exactly what we where looking for which was a chain link connection. It even came in a 5 pack for under $10.00. We will be going back to get our new outside led lights for our pop-up camper. Thank you Joanne for making our day and giving us the best help we have had today looking for the chain link connection.
Customer service was good in the end. If you need certain hardware right away may need to go elsewhere. Was told 3 days for bolts to arrive. Took 5 days and they shipped the wrong part number. Now have to wait another 3 days. Update from there they shipped me the wrong item 3 times in a row.
Excellent experience! Never been to a Grainger store before but they had a bearing I couldnt find elsewhere. Ryan was top notch and went above and beyond to try and help find a discontinued part. Will definitely be back Thanks!
Good service and they had the items I needed in stock. It's not like the old days when I used to get a discount but I was in and out quickly with the parts working well after they were installed.
They charged 3 times my credit card for same transaction!!!! and also send my order far away to wrong location. May: Grainger request full payment for a special order item, I'm did pay in full right away. Jun 11: Grainger for some reason automatically charged my card for same transaction Jun 22 : Grainger automatically charged my card again after I'm pick my item. Guy in desk laught at my and he says I got nothing to claim to them; but to my bank!!! or other Grainger location.bank confimed money was paid 3 times Guy also refuse to delete my accountas my request and financial information and he acted cynical.owner please check you camera and look what he'd did after I'm left the store. This it's the worst experience as a costumer in my life. Will file a complain with Arizona General Attorney and BBB. Not that I'm don't want Any money back I'm just wanted my account deleted and financial information safe.
The service here is terrible. I walk in and take a number. There were two other customers there before I walk in. As I wait for my number to be called, the cashier asked the other guys if they are ready. They didn’t have a number but they were there before me so I didn’t get mad. Then someone else walks in and picks up a few things and they asked the guy if he was ready, despite him not having a number. I am doing the proper thing and waiting my turn and nothing. I did make eye contact so I know they saw me. My overall experience with his place was awful, and they will no longer be getting my business.
Covid-19 conscious. A bit lengthy of a wait as only one store clerk seemed to be assigned to work with customers on the Friday that I visited, however it WAS near closing time. Basically, that one person would help one customer and so a small line built in the parking lot. Got my item fairly quickly. Clerk took my credit card inside as I waited. Returned, and all moved somewhat quickly. Obviously things are not normal as before, where three store clerks moved customers thru more efficiently.
