Great food great staff great people great environment

The owner has a nasty attitude. He will smile and present himself as a upstanding person but behind closed doors he takes off the mask. He is verbally abusive to employees. Also the facility is nasty and a sweat shop.

We love Grains. Atmosphere is perfect for casual family dining. Fast service and the food is fresh and good. Love the turkey/bacon/artichoke sandwich. Service is always nice. When you don't feel like cooking but don't want to take the time and money to eat out, Grains is a perfect place as it's fast and reasonable with healthy options.

My Google app sent me here when I searched for "best huevos rancheros in Billings." They do not have them, and the eggs Benedict w/ hash browns were fast food quality. In a string of fast food joints, and I should have paid attention when I saw the empty parking lot. So disappointed.

Horrendous !will never go again terrible time,wait staff and food quality!!!
