The staff at Grand Auto feels more like a family than a business. During a really stressful time - they were able to make me feel okay. Very well experienced with insurance and accidents. Great community - happy to live so close to such a helpful space. Had to wait longer for my car - but it wasn’t their fault- back order due to pandemic. Will definitely be coming back !

My Mercedes was hit on July 11 , 2022. My car was towed to Grand auto and I was worried if my car would look the same after being hit... Can I tell you my baby looks Brand NEW... It looks perfect. Just left that place and let me tell you . I would have never know how challenging it can be to pass inspection when the car is almost 20 years ,runs perfectly at least to me . I went to few car services some kept my car for a week to then tell me they “don’t know” and still charge me penny.some were in “rush” not willing to take a look at my car.even though I made appt .any way then I told myself last chance,last place that I will visit until making final decision of changing for a new car. And BINGO! The owner super friendly, extremely knowledgeable stuffI wish to know Spanish but still both sides communicate the best we could The girl working on inspection side -super friendly. This is a place TO GO TO.highly recommend to everyone In a matter of few minutes they were able to tell me what needed to be fixedwhich I did and voila car is running still great.inspection passed. Excellent service. They made my car look brand new after a hit and run. They handled everything through my insurance so it was low stress and no hastle for me, and they always quickly responded to my calls. I hope I never need my car repaired again, but if I do, I'll be going back here.

I was so devastated when I saw someone had hit my parked car. I decided to call Grand Auto Collision and they were beyond amazing. They instantly sent someone to come pick up my car and even gave me a lift home after. Everyone was so nice and they repaired my car quickly so I could still leave on time for a scheduled vacation. You would never know my car was in an accident. The car drives smooth and looks brand new. I highly recommend them.
