Ive lived here for two years and I've loved it. It's dog-friendly, the front staff are great, and maintenance issues get handled quickly. It's in a great part of town. There are plenty of places to go eat and hang out. Definitely a great place to live.
I have lived here for 5 months now and it has been a great place to live. The location is perfect, staff members are so friendly, and they’re always having fun events for residents. The gym and pools are kept super clean! I don’t have a single complaint
This is a great community! Love the staff! They always remember who I am when I walk in and get whatever I need handled quickly. They also have the cutest events for the residents to get everyone out and meet their neighbors! Definitely recommend.
I’ve lived here for a year now and will be resigning my lease! It has a great sense on community for apartment living food trucks, scavenger hunts for kids, free biscuits just because and maintenance is always quick.
I moved to Birmingham about a year and half ago and have lived here ever since. I love the location, the grounds and facilities are beautiful, and the staff is always friendly and helpful!
Overall, had a fair experience at Grand Highlands. Lived there for 3 years 2014-2017 and again in 2020. My biggest complaint is their plumbing issues and water having to be cut off at least once a week. This was very inconvenient and led us to have to shower at friends houses. This occurred both times I lived here.
