Polite staff, and I know everyone has their own specific job to do at a medical facility, and they don’t go beyond that, I always expect if asked a question they know who you should talk to, and direct you to that person or office. Today one of the bathrooms’ soap dispenser was not working, I told someone and I hope this gets fixed, if they are going to make us wear masks at least allow us to wash our hands after using the public restroom.
Last week, I had my first and last appointment to this clinic. The receptionist on the third floor didn’t respond to my morning greeting, asked me to take a seat without further instructions knowingly that was my first visit as a new patient. A nurse later called my name, didn’t respond my greeting either, rushed me to get on a scale, then took me to a cubicle. There, she asked me about medications and headed out. The physician was nice and courteous, though. Before leaving, I asked for lab work done. The nurse asked me to urinate in a small container and leave it by the sink, then head to urgent care. I asked when my lab results would be ready for my prescriptions. She said in a week. I said I could have them done somewhere else because I needed my medication. I explained the details, she said again that my results would be ready by the following week. Assuming by her facial expression and repeated sentences that she hadn’t understood me, I repeated my statement. Then she called me rude. I tried to explain myself again, she called me rude again and left me speaking by myself. By the way, she forgot to give me directions to the lab. How was I supposed to know urgent care is where I get my lab work done? When in urgent care, the receptionist asked me to wait in a seating area. A lady later called my name. She was really nice. She smiled, asked me how I was doing, helped me take blood samples, and said “Have a wonderful day” to me before leaving. That was the most approachable and welcoming person during my visit. So, like I said, that was my last visit.
Arrived about 20 minutes before urgent care was closing for a possible ear infection on my daughter. First time being here , checked in, the front desk receptionist was really nice as was the nurse that checks your weight and stuff. Waited a bit for the doctor to come in and see us but didn’t feel rushed even tho they were about to close. The doctor even took a look at our son just to make sure he didn’t have an ear infection too. The rooms were clean big and spacious. I liked it here :
Love doctor Cutlip she’s sweet, kind and overall the best doctor I’d ever had, I’m glad my day ended with a generous person. But the reason why I give this 2 stars is that the medical assistant and the front desk were not friendly at all, and the atmosphere was awkward, making me not want to go there anymore. Arrived at the front desk 3rd floor, since the building looks so nice I excepted there’s nice people around, but no greeting, they were busy chatting, laughing with each other, and being loud. Then the medical assistant called me and again no greeting, no “hello, how are you today”. The mood was very silent and barely any communication. This place should train their staff how to be professional, is ridiculous that there’s many of them.
This is a beautiful building! There are several different doctors as well as specialist doctors at this location. The building is immaculate. The decor is modern. Lots and lots of windows. In fact the whole walls on one or 2 sides are all glass, going all the way up for several floors. When you first walk in they check you and take your temperature checking for Covid 19. Then if you're clear you can proceed to the registration desk and check-in depending on what type of doctor and or name of doctor. They are very nice and helpful at check-in desk.. Once you check-in then you have a seat in lobby, which is very spacious and pretty! Then you wait to be called. I was seeing Dr. Daniel Richards an Orthopedic doctor. The Medical assistant Angela is so so nice, personable, friendly and helpful! She makes you feel at ease right away! Dr. Daniel Richards is the best! I was referred to him by a friend. And to my delight he is a wonderful doctor. He's very good in his field of specialty. He is very informative, and patient. He takes the time to listen to his patients and also answer any questions they may have. He makes you feel confident in having him as a doctor when having to have surgery. I would definitely recommend him to everyone! They also take Steward Health Choice Insurance.
Doctor Robbins and his Nurses are fantastic. They Are all so friendly and truly Listen to all of our questions and concerns. They took time to get to know us alittle and I really liked that . Ok now i must talk about the building . It is so nice and clean with tall ceiling and huge windows. They have sliding doors on all the rooms. It's actually really awesome. Something else I found very awesome is they can do X-rays and they also have there own pharmacy. So if anyone is looking for a new doctor or or just want to check the place out I highly recommend you give the Granger medical of West Valley West Valley ago.
Our experience here was AMAZING! Thanks so much to the staff here for being so friendly- we had a day from hell and it was so nice to be greeted with smiles and helped by an amazing doctor + med staff. Thank y’all so much for a positive experience!!!!
I was a urology patient at the old West Valley clinic. This clinic is new to me. It's beautiful. Clean. Light. Very nice. The receptionist was very pleasant & helpful. I was early to my appointment so I had time to do the paperwork. The MA took me back to the room, took my vital signs & told me to go into the restroom & give a sample. I saw Wayne Berg NP. He was pleasant. Asked the purpose of my visit. Dr. Synder did surgery in 2015. He lifted my bladder & wrapped it with mesh. I wanted to have that checked to make sure those parts were where they should be. Wayne referred me to a doctor at the West Jordan clinic. Wayne then told me I had a "bad" UTI. He sent in a prescription for the infection. As I was getting ready to leave, the MA said my sample was not enough for a culture so I needed to give them another sample. I couldn't. Then left. Two days later, someone called from Wayne's office to tell me my culture showed I had no infection & could either stop the medication or finish. It was up to me. I was confused. I called the next day & left a message. If I was told I had an infection & that I needed to give more urine for a culture, how did a culture get done & how did my infection go to no infection. That message was left two weeks ago & I have not received a return phone call. I'm a retired RN so I know the value of working with patients. Wayne Berg's staff lacks a professional work ethic & will lose patients for him. If I cannot get a phone call to answer my question, what would happen if something critical happened.. I need to be able to depend on my provider & trust he will take good care of me. I don't feel I can get that from this office.
I'm always treated so well at Granger Quick Care. Sometimes there's a wait, but I understand triage so I'm ok with it. Dr knew what I needed. When I had to go 7wks ago, it only took the Dr a minute to confirm what I thought I had, which was shingles. He knew what I needed, and sent it right over to the pharmacy. I hate having to go, but I know I'll get great care.
I found this place because of Google reviews, so I thought I would do my due diligence and pipe in my two cents. I love this place. Efficient, friendly, caring, helpful, every part about it is what you think a clinic should be. I will travel whatever distance to keep coming here when need be.
