Do not use the Instacare services at this facility. Rather than tell patients the truth, such as only one doctor is on staff, there are 11 people in front of us and the wait is 3+ hours - they told us it would be a 45-minutes. Be honest with us! Don’t mislead people to make money. We didn’t expect instant service but if we were told the truth my husband and I could have made a choice based on accurate information. The action of over-promising and under-delivering is not well received by worn out, feverish, coughy, runny-nosed mom and dad.
