I was helped in a reasonable amount of time, saw 2doctors, received the proper care for my needs and was very happy with the entire medical staff. I respectfully wore a mask as I am fully aware they do provide better safety for others than doing without one. If a person does not respect science, then why even go to seek medical help? It's all based on science! I have to add that if Dr Diantha Williamson was able to take her own patients I would definitely want to be one of them.
My wife recently visited the urgent care office because she had an abscess that needed to be lanced and drained. I believe this is actually a simple routine procedure. If I had the Novocaine I could have done it at home. The doctor didn't know what he was doing. First he was going to do it while she was sitting up. She stopped him and suggested that it would be easier if she lye down on her back. The infection was above her left ear. The doctor agreed accept he wanted her to place her head at the foot of the bed because the tray of supplies was at that end of the bed. He was trying to make it easier on himself. In my opinion medical workers generally try to make things easier for the patient not themselves. After a few injections to numb the area he squoze some of the infection out he told her the rest of the swelling was infected tissue. He prescribed an antibiotic and gave verbal after care instructions but didn't print them out. She was in and out in 38 minutes. 3 days later we went to Jordan Valley west's ER. The doctor there numbed the area the cut it open allowing every thing to drain. The infection had gotten much worse after she attended the urgent care office. 4 days later we had to go to Jordan Valley West to have it drained properly. Considering she had been on Sulfamethoxazole for three days there should have been improvement. When I fact it had gotten much worse. Do not go to their urgent care offices they will actually make your condition worse if you need urgent Care go to Jordan Valley West just a few blocks farther down the street to the West.
I was given care quickly and compassionately by the entire team. Dr. Miles explained things well to me. My pain is greatly reduced in one day and I have an appointment with a specialist next week.
Pregnant and In need of urgent care, they refuse to help if I am not masked although wearing a mask for myself would cause more harm to myself and/or my unborn child. All about control when it has been proven the fibers of these masks they want you to wear are too great to stop ‘covid’ particles from coming in and out. There’s also the Fauci emails where ‘Dr.’ Fauci has ADMITTED these masks do nothing. So glad that the oath that these doctors have taken mean nothing to this clinic unless you are willing to let them control you. I hope this clinic gets sued and closes down. Horrific.
We've brought two family members here in the past 6 months and had a good experience both times. My experience with Connor England in November was great--he was more thorough than any urgent care doctor I've ever spoken with and even, on occasion, my regular doctors about discussing my symptoms and possible causes. He did a wonderful job easing my worries and I felt confident in his expertise. The gal who took blood samples was so kind and gentle; the best experience with blood work I've had in a long while. We were in with my daughter last night, and met with Dr. Williamson. She also had wonderful bedside manner, and was very knowledgeable and put our minds at ease. She administered strep and covid tests quickly and kindly, and was very sweet and patient with our daughter. She even asked our permission about giving her something sweet so late in the evening, which any parent appreciates! We were taken back within minutes of arriving--before even finishing the paperwork--and we didn't have to wait longer than a few minutes in the room. The nurses/staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, and kind and seemed to enjoy working there. Excellent experiences both times. We are very impressed and wish we could have them as our family doctors!
Today I was urgent care, your attention was excellent, everything was very fast and the staff was very friendly.
I love my primary care doctor but the urgent care “doctors” are always very rude. Today I waited for an entire hour and he wouldn’t even let me speak and was very full of himself you can tell. John Hooley should rethink the profession he’s in.
I went to urgent care during the height of the Omicron outbreak. The clinic was very busy, but the staff were kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and gracious. When I saw how many people were waiting to be treated, I thought I was stuck there for the day, but it didn't take long to be seen, treated, and sent on my way. Great work!
My regular Dr is up stairs, but when I can’t get in to see her and need a quick visit I choose this office. All my care stays on file so my regular dr knows when I’ve been in and for what and it helps for my regular care. The staff down stairs is pretty awesome and it’s usually no more then an Hr long visit which is nice cause then I can get on with my day. Anyone who is giving this office a low review is either spam or in such a foul mood they don’t care about rules and regulations.. Ps to the pregnant lady who also gave a location in West Jordan a one star.. Sorry not sorry
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! SPENT 3 HOURS JUST TO GET NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!!!! Couldn't help me with sleep and kept telling me I had allergies even after I told him I took benadryl zyrtec as well as Claritin. What a joke of a doctor. Offered hydroxozine for sleep even after I said it wouldn't work he said it was all he could give me.... interesting cause other urgent cares actually gave me medication that worked. Pathetic. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
