Granite Karma

The absolute BEST around! Our cabinet company flat out told us Granite Karma could get us a better product and a better price than if we "bundled" countertops with them. Everywhere else told us 2 to 3 months lead time after measuring, Granite Karma did the job start to finish in under 5 weeks, and that's with 2 holiday weekends! Transparent pricing, straight forward job quotes, constant communication, responsive associates: they are EXACTLY what homeowners want in a contractor! Install was done right with quality products hefty underlayment, proper adhesive, gorgeous slabs!. They don't cut corners, and they are the perfect mix of technicians and artists! We received multiple bids from other companies and all of them told us we'd need 3 slabs for our kitchen. We decided to get a quote from Granite Karma after reading a review from someone saying Granite Karma only needed to use 2 slabs when others said 3. Low and behold Granite Karma quoted us at 2 slabs and were SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS LOWER THAN ALL THE OTHERS!!! There were a couple bumps along the way with installation but Chris Ledesma did a really good job keeping us updated and at the end of the day they did a great job. I would not accept a bid from another company without first going to Granite Karma.

Chris and the crew were very helpful and accommodating. We made a good decision stopping by the showroom. Everyone was helpful and informative. We got the monthly “special” quartz deal and are very happy with it. We got the mitered edge as well which is a bit more expensive but very worth it. Thanks again !

So glad I went with Granite Karma Chris gave multiple options of places throughout the valley to purchase our slab from. I liked that we could go to the showrooms and see the full sized slabs so we knew exactly what the countertops would look like. We picked a white veined quartz from Monterrey Tile Company, but the options were pretty much endless. Margarito was incredibly wonderful with the install. I saw someone else complain about not wearing masks during covid. That was not my experience. I can confirm the team did wear masks. Honestly I was most worried about install because originally we were going to go with a contractor from home depot, but when I looked up reviews for that contractor, the installs were a disaster. People had posted pictures of chipped counters, terrible seaming, and just all around messes. I can't tell you how happy I am we canceled that contract and went with GK. The install was flawless. There was only 1 seam and it is barely noticeable. They even gave us a bonus baby counter for our windowsill with the extra material which was unexpected and so great bc our old windowsill was getting water damaged and looked terrible. I've included some pictures of the work they did, so hopefully they speak for themselves. We haven't gotten our backaplash done yet, so ignore the mismatched painting in the pictures. Wish granite karma installed backsplashes too. We would definitely have gone with them if they did!

Working with Granite Karma was an excellent experience. The sales rep Chris was amazing, making multiple trips to our house in order to make sure we were completely satisfied before purchasing. I never once felt pressured and every concern we came up with was quickly answered. Even the install crew went above and beyond, working with our crazy schedules. I would be proud to recommend Granite Karma to anyone who is looking to upgrade their kitchen countertops.

Excellent customer service. Ramon and his team did a great job on our home. I appreciated how communicative Ramon was, and how they stuck to their schedule commitments. When we needed anything, they were there. Fair pricing, too. I strongly recommend Granite Karma.

These guys did a very good job of fabrication and installing our granite countertops. It looks great. My principal contact was Chris and he is excellent at answering any questions you may have, responds quickly to any changes you want to make, and he will do so during or after normal business hours. I highly recommend these guys because they're great to work with, are price competitive, and easy to work with.

We contracted with Granite Karma to provide three bathroom vanity counter tops. Initially two bathrooms were done and couple of mistakes were made. I informed them of the mistakes and in completing the third bathroom they also corrected the mistakes too. This was done to our satisfaction and timely. Chris was easy to get a hold of and he was responsive too. In addition, they were competitive in their pricing to which was a bonus too. We highly recommend them and would use them again. Titus
