Dr. James Stewart is exemplary. He’s the best doctor I have ever seen. I was very impressed with my appointment and follow through. Dr. Stewart takes the time to understand your background prior to your appointment. He is an excellent listener and provides great recommendations based on your condition and symptoms. He has an amazing bedside manner too. I would highly recommend him. I am very glad and lucky to have found him.
Doctor Weaver is THE BEST out there! You'll never meet a nicer more caring doctor! My sister recommended him so highly that I was convinced I should see him for a second opinion and drove over an hour for it. WORTH EVERY MINUTE, I would drive across state and pay out of pocket if I had to for an appointment with him, he is that good! I was so happy to finally have answers, a game plan to improve my health and he took the time to make sure I understood everything. I have NEVER felt rushed and always felt heard! Staff is also so so friendly, will be recommending him to everyone!
I loved Rachel! I’ve had a lot of doctors in my past ask me two questions, then prescribe me with something that didn’t end up working and they acted as if they didn’t care and I was crazy for how I felt. I feel like I got to connect with Rachel and she reassured me we would figure out what was going on. It felt like she genuinely cared. The front desk is amazing as well! Very sweet ladies Would definitely recommend :
After having issues since I was 6 now 24 with severe nausea and vomiting almost weekly, seeing multiple specialists with no help and almost giving up. They were able to find the issue and treat it this is the best doctor I have ever gone to genuinely caring staff and all around amazing environment. Dr. Stewart you made my life so much better and I will always be thankful.
I loved Dr Schmidt so much! I’ve only been to him once so far, but was very impressed! He is caring and very knowledgeable and he doesn’t act like a pompous know it all…which I’ve run into a few specialists like that! I cannot recommend him enough!! In fact I’ve already recommended him to friends! It’s nice to find a Dr who actually cares.
I truly felt listened to and understood not like I was just another paying patient. Alex Morgan took her time and explained things so I knew what was going to happen. She was so caring. The staff was super friendly . I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Worst communication from a doctor's office I have ever experienced. Ghosted me for weeks and then sent me a letter in the mail to inform me my test results were normal and if an over the counter super expensive supplement doesn't fix my symptoms to come back. The hospital told me the doctor would contact me in 1-2 days. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, but it seems like that is what they wanted. Have never been so frustrated in my life. Trying to get someone to tell me the codes to make sure tests were covered on my insurance was like pulling teeth. I learned my lesson after not asking the insurance the first time and relying on the doctor's office to tell me. Received large bill from my first test that were not thoroughly explained to me. So I come away from this still suffering and also broke once I figure out how to pay. Lovely.
Provider is exceptional and went above and beyond. May Marschner is intelligent, thorough and compassionate. She addressed my concerns and gave me very helpful information. However, Granite Peaks should know that the front desk is lacking in customer service. The individual I dealt with did not acknowledge my presence for a very long time. When she finally did, she made no eye contact and was most definitely not friendly. It is sad that your wonderful providers have such poor public interface.
Terrible communication. I did not feel like they listened or wanted to take the time to figure out what is actually going on with me. I was literally told that they have no idea what causes gallbladder sludge or gallstones, and that the ONLY solution for my problems would be surgery to have my gallbladder removed. After declining the surgeon referral and explaining that I would like to pursue alternative solutions to surgery, I was basically told that they didn't have any alternative solutions for me. And a few days later, they called me to schedule my surgeon consult! Thank goodness I chose to seek a second opinion! I went to a completely unrelated facility, and after looking at the exact same test results, their surgeon actually told me that they did not think having my gallbladder removed would be an appropriate solution. Oh, and they were able to give me some insight as to what contributes to the development of gallbladder sludge and gallstones.
My husband has been being seen here and let me tell you DO NOT SEE DR. SCHMIDT. His assistant Alex is the worst professional I have ever dealt with. They NEVER return our calls. She gave a prescription with the WRONG directions and we didnt find out until after he finished. Severly dangerous. My husband was having severe pain during treatment and she didn't not contact us until 1 week later. We had to take him to the ER. She called to go over results from a CT scan and she said everything was normal but everything was NOT NORMAL. These are people's lives were dealing with and they hardly care. Even calling the clinic director she told me they would get back to us withing 24 hours never HEARD A WORD. They only care about expensive procedures to get your money. Guess what I've spoken with your clinic director and they did absolutely nothing. My husband is in danger working with you
