Granite State Glass - Rochester

My Chevy Silverado had a huge crack in the middle of my windshield and it was starting to spread out Wednesday so I went on Granite State Glass website for a quote and got an email seconds later! I looked around and other places was asking for double of what Granite State Glass was offering! Went in Friday 9/2 for my appointment and they got my windshield fixed under 2 hours! The customer service was amazing and my windshield looks so much better! Doesn’t look like it’s aftermarket at all. They even put back my EZPass and my oil change sticker back on too! I definitely would recommend this place if you need a windshield replacement! Will definitely come back if my windshield needs to be fixed or replaced!

I replaced the glass in half of my window. It took 5 weeks to complete. When I first brought the window the woman at the desk told me I was going to have to replace the whole window, then a man was at the printer and asked if just the glass needed to be replaced and she said yes but she didn't know and he looked into it and then I was able to just replace the glass in the bottom half of the window instead of replacing the whole window. I can't believe that because she didn't know the type of glass and was unwilling to ask anyone, she was going to charge me for the WHOLE window replacement instead of just the glass in the bottom half of the window much cheaper option. Always ask if you don't know!!

Amazing! Came out to measure the glass door that needed to be replaced. Said it might be 1.5-2weeks. Asked what we could do in the mean time to keep the dogs safe at our shop K9to5 in Dover. They told us they'd squeeze us in today!! Got the glass cut and installed in 1 day for the safety of my staff and the pups! GRADE A+!

I needed the windshield replaced on my car a Subaru Outback, I got a quote from someone else for 400+ I thought that was crazy, so after taking some time to save money I shopped around, GSG did my windshield for an amazing price, almost 1/2 my first quote. The were able to do it where I work, the guy who did it was extremely polite and was very quick, took about an hour to do. Highly recommend them, I will definitely be telling others about my experience and I will bring any possible business to them!

Not only did Granite State Glass do an amazing job at replacing my windshield, but they are also INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful! The day I had to pick up my car, there was a snow storm, my husband was running late at work and I was having an issue finding a ride mostly because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone to drive in the storm. I finally found someone to take me at 4:15 but it would take a bit for them to get to my house and then to where my car was. I called Granite State to let them know I should be there before they close at 5pm, but might be a few minutes late. The man I spoke with told me not to worry or rush, he knew I was on my way, so he'd wait for me. I made it just before 5! My windshield looks BEAUTIFUL! And they even put my EZ pass back on that I forgot to remove before dropping my car off. Work = OUTSTANDING, Customer Service = Far beyond expectations! Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with this company. The ladies in the office are superb and the works are fast and efficient. I showed up early and they had my windshield fixed before my appointment was to start.
