Last night was my first dinner experience at Grapevine and I wasn't disappointed. My husband and I were meeting out of town friends and wanted to provide a unique Richmond dining experience. Well, our friends loved the place! The staff was so friendly and attentive, from the young man who filled our water glasses, to the owner who stopped by to check on us. The food was delicious, especially the homemade desserts.

My family and I have dined here a number of times over the years. Their customer service is excellent. The staff is always friendly and takes care of all your needs while you dine. Their food however is not as excellent. It is not bad, but we have never been as impressed by the food as with the service. I would compare the quality of the food to Olive Garden with Olive Garden even being better on some things. You will not be disappointed with the service but may be with the food for the price.

This is exactly the restaurant I've been looking for, and it was here all along. I'm a patron for life.
If you're like me, you're weary of all the chain restaurants around Short Pump. Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden, Baker's Crust, Panera Bread, Marco's Pizza, blah, blah, blah. Surly wait staff barely out of high school. Giant screens blaring sports. More hype than you can shake a stick at and absolutely everyone staring at their phone.
Dump it. Ditch all of it. Get yourself over to grapevine. It's quiet, so you can shut off your phone and actually have a conversation. The wine selection is comfortably complete without being overwhelming. The wait staff is smooth, friendly, and professional. The napkins are cloth and the flatware is steel. And the food is by a first-generation immigrant who wants you to know that his name is Mike, and preparing great food isn't just his job. It is his life's work.
I'm planning to go there to the point that they know my name. I think that if you live in Richmond and you love a great dining experience, you're a fool not to go there at least once.

I can't tell you how much I love this restaurant. They treat every customer like family. The food is delicious - I have never ordered our even tasted a dish that I thought was merely good. Desserts are magical. Atmosphere is welcoming. But it's the service that keeps you coming back.

The food is good, the staff superb. My rehearsal dinner was held here, they were so fast to respond to everything. They made the process easy. One of my friends is Italian, she said the tiramisu tastes like hers. The cannolis are amazing. I would tell anyone looking to schedule any type of gathering to please consider here because it was wonderful. I never had an email get responded to in more than an hour.
