Absolutely horrible. Please don't use these people to build your home As the builder is not responsible and Will have no respect for home owners. This company is so awful I felt like I had to warn others. The builder never completes the work as promised and installs poor quality products when they want to save some money and gives vague answers when you try to question.

Wow! What a fabulous home. My late husband was a residential builder so I recognized quality the minute I stepped into this home. This builder's construction showed an attention to detail and excellent worksmanship The layout flows wonderfully, and the design and color scheme are relaxing and peaceful. I have been in the home for a month now. The orientation was the most detailed I have ever seen with an easy-to-consult troubleshooting guide. There is not only a year warranty on the home, but also an extended warranty purchased on my behalf. I don't know what the previous reviewer was referring to but his experience is nothIng like mine. I highly recommend Grayhawk Homes of Iowa for your next home!

Absolutely horrible. Please don't use these people to build your home unless you enjoy piss poor quality and being threatened. I never write reviews but this company is so awful I felt like I had to warn others. Avoid at all costs!!
