This place is amazing! I got two endless bracelets a couple weeks ago but they needed some adjustments. Not only was Grayling able to get me back in quickly, May worked with me for an hour to get them perfect. She was so patient, friendly and kind. Cannot recommend this place enough! I absolutely LOVE my bracelets!!

Just got home from my appointment to get an endless piece! They offer bracelets, anklets, and necklaces. I opted for a necklace. They have a number of options for sterling silver and 14k gold plated as well as a few solid gold chain choices it was hard to choose which chain to get because they were all cute and so shiny. Aside from my indecisive nature the actual appointment was quick and the process was painless literally and figuratively lol. I was able to browse around and also picked up a cutie middie ? Ring. I've always been interested in wearing and styling rings on my fingers like the cool kids but it's hard to find size inclusive rings that are affordable and cute. I was happy to see that greyling went up to a size 14, and I'm sure they could make it happen for anyone who cannot find their size in store. The two people working were so sweet and I look forward to going back and getting more jewelery from this cute shop.

I had a great experience with Grayling getting endless jewelry installed. I chose solid 14k gold for my bracelet and anklet. I absolutely love how dainty my pieces are and I can’t wait to go back and add more.

Came here for the permanent jewelry and had the BEST experience. The customer service is impeccable and the jewelry pieces are just gorgeous and such great quality. You can tell that they are beautifully handcrafted. We bought some earrings along with the bracelets and will definitely be coming back!! I love Grayling’s simple classic pieces that are all such high quality, and so lightweight, and their inclusive sizing is helpful too. My Grayling jewelry is in constant rotation! I bought a beautiful hammered gold ring on this visit that I haven’t taken off, and it always amazes me how long I can wear a pair of Grayling earrings with zero irritation for my normally sensitive ears. The shop was so cute and the staff was helpful and friendly!

I very rarely leave reviews on places, mostly because I forget but I really wanted to come on here and leave an amazing review for this place. I went in about a month ago with my boyfriend to get permanent bracelets. From the moment we walked in to leaving, not once did I feel anything but happy for my decision to chose them. From the choices, to the prices, to the customer service, they were so wonderful. I have told so many people to go to them for permanent jewelry. Our bracelets are one month old and still going strong. We both work with our hands and have 3 toddlers. They're as strong as the day we got them. I also purchased a ring for my mom while I was there, she has worn it everyday. 10/10 would recommend here if you're looking for a jewelry place in Portland. As a Eugenian, I don't go to Portland often, but I would return to them whenever I'm in the area again.

Visited the shop to have a permanent necklace put on and left not only with what I came in for- but a couple other gorgeous pieces. I got an additional necklace to layer with the permanent piece as well as 2 lovely, dainty opal pieces. Those are going to be a gift for my cousin’s upcoming 21st birthday. Would recommend checking Grayling out!

Finally took the plunge and got a permanent bracelet, it’s so dainty and cute. Having jewelry designed to be lived in and not taken off is so nice and easy. Love it!
