BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS FIRM! OVER $90,000 in representation and a withdrawal with no EXPLANATION! Worst law firm I’ve ever witnessed. Family Law/ Divorce case spent over $90,000 with Melbourne Attorney Jack Kirschenbaum and he withdrew from my case a night before a final trail without cause.(No arguments, no past due payments, no disagreements, he withdrew) Called the managing attorney in Orlando, Maryanne Downs to rectify any issues, and she simply said, “I cannot help you” BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THIS FIRM. I went for an introductory visit and found all support staff and attorneys I met to be very friendly and personable - I'll definitely be doing more work with them in the future. I like the personalities of the leadership and that tends to trickle down throughout the firm.
