I came in for an oil change. I was so scared because I thought my hood button was broken. Amaya came to my car and showed me that it wasn’t broken, I was just looking in the wrong place. She was very knowledgeable about my car and kindly went over what oil change I could get. Her attitude was so positive. She was very efficient and polite along with Juan. They did the oil change and I was very pleased as a customer. I would highly recommend this location.Service: Oil change
I’ve had some rotten luck with services for my car, but I was so happy to find Grease Monkey! The people are wonderful, and the service is quick! Everyone was so helpful. To have such a wonderful location so close to home is very nice!
The staffs here are super duper nice and kind!! I got a flat tire on the labor day and everywhere was closed so I couldn’t find someone to help. I parked at Whole Food Parking Lot. I came here to ask if they have a service regarding tire changing. They don’t really have any services like that but they tried to find if any of the staffs could help. Luckily, one of them helped me out that day without hesitation. They are so nice and always have smile on their face even it was sooooo hot that day. It costed me $0. Yes, they didn’t charge me for this, for their hard work, their time, or their sweats. They helped me because they really wanna help. This really impressed me because I’m from Thailand and I don’t have any friends or family here so I’m really afraid of a situation like this and don’t know what to do when this happened on the day where everywhere is closed. It’s really rare these day to meet these people, the generosity, and kindness in a big country like this. Please support them! And if you guys are reading this, thank you so much <3
Hello staff of GM #446 - former employee here around 10 or so years ago.. Just bought a new car needed a quick oil change. Was in & out / thoughtful inspection & friendly staff - took no longer than 20 minutes. Great selection of quality engine oil & trusted oil filters Will definitely be back for more servicing ! Thank you for your service / expertise - BrandonService: Oil change
Rude customer service. Suggested an engine flush and then came back and said they couldn't give a discount. I said to go ahead and do it if it is important, and then was told they couldn't because they had already started the oil change????? They would not give me the Senior Discount. I had to wait over 1hr and 15min. They seemed to be pressured by the supervisor as this was stated to one of the other customers. They did not wash the front window properly.......Service: Oil change
Went yesterday 12/21 for an oil change, friendly staff and only took 30 mins. But today on the way home from work could smell something burning. Stopped to check it out, and my oil cap was broke and oil was leaking on to my manifold and engine. Looks like they over tighten the cap and broke in to two pieces and they just left it without even telling me. Had to go to autozone and get a new cap and spend 20 minutes in sub zero temps trying to get the broken cap off. For a $129 oil change and air filter I would expect better service or at least let me know they broke my cap so I could get a new one instead driving around spewing oil on my engine.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at an oil change garage. ITS bad enough to not install the oil filter properly but to lie about the fact you tested the car before it left the shop twice is unacceptable. I was a long time customer but you will never see me again.
Seems competent enough but if you’re just looking for an oil change wouldn’t recommend. Waited an hour and car was still not in port - wasn’t busy but they do other work so you’ll end up waiting quite awhile.
Came in for a oil change and a tire rotation. Was told by the gentleman that it would be around 30 minutes. I watched them pull my car into the bay, and they spent close to an hour doing the tire rotation which should not take this long and then another 30 minutes for the oil change. Asked them to check my brake pad measurements when the tires were off, and this was not done. When I went outside to check my vehicle I noticed oil prints presumably from hands on vehicle, which is understandable to do work all over the hood and front fender flares. They did not attempt to wipe it off or anything. Also noticed that when I received my key back, both my key and my ignition were slick to the touch with oil. Very unprofessional in this aspect. Past that the customer service was almost non existent.Service: Oil change
This is only my 2nd time at this location. First time I got my oil changed and this time I got my transmission serviced. I called prior to going to get a price quote and was told $200 due to the fluid my car takes. All in all it didn't take long which I appreciate. It's just confusing why I was charged an additional fee of $6 for shop supplies. The assistant manager said it wasn't a fee but it was calculated into the price which shows differently on my invoice. Then the store manager said it was an additional fee and it was just for disposing all of the oil used. While I understand the charge for oil disposal so it goes to the correct place and doesnt endanger the environment I do not quite understand why it is not labeled as such in my invoice as well as why the 2 people in charge of the store are saying 2 totally different things... I have never gone to grease monkey before this week and traditionally go to a mechanic down in Aurora that has never caused me this much confusion and has always been transparent with his pricing. I can't say I recommend going to this location again. I will stick to making the longer drive to Aurora and waiting a day or so in order to get my car back.Services: Transmission
