Great Clips

I love going here for my hair cuts. It’s so easy & convenient to set up an appointment using their app. Once you check in you get in and out quickly. I’ve always had great service. Friendly staff that makes you feel like you want to go back again.

The Great Clips in Avon is really nice. Clean and well kept. The app that Great Clips has now is so handy. You can get wait times and add your name to their appointment list without even leaving home. My favorite is Mikaela, she remembers me, remembers my cut and is always pleasant.

Makayla did an awesome job in keeping my new hair style in tact, did it exactly how we discussed, she was very detailed and took her time was very attentive. Very pleasant personality easy to talk to and was very professional... Will be my new stylist and place for my haircuts... highly recommend!

Scheduled a perm 3 weeks early for my son and was told 5 minutes before appointment it was canceled, recieved no phone call or anything. They had 1 client there and 1 employee walking around doing absolutely nothing. I was told all the walk- ins come before appointments so that's why they would not see him. McKayla also has the worst customer service for this industry. When corporate was called and Jessica called me back she explained McKayla was completely wrong and my son's appointment should have never been canceled, walk-ins do not override appointments. Good thing this was supposed to be a 1 time appointment, we won't be back and will take our business elsewhere.

Very nice and hair stylists are very helpful. Went for kids haircut and they were very patient and cheerful with kids. Shout out to Julie

Always fast and courteous! Jennifer is the best! She always takes great care of me and cuts my hair just how I like it every time.

I asked for a simple haircut where they’re supposed to just cut the sides short and slightly trim the top. They somehow managed to mess everything up, the sideburns, sides, and back were uneven and they cut off too much off the top. I only came to this location because the other locations were busy but now i can see why this wasn’t. Some of the workers there give dirty looks to people of color and give off a racist vibe. Save your money and hair by going to any other place.Service: Haircut

I called 15 minutes prior to their closing time on a Sunday and they said they would wait for me and take me in. I made it there in time, but they were prepared to stay late...Great haircut, very nice peope. Jennifer is terrific.Service: Haircut

The staff is super friendly and everything is clean. My stylist, Tonya, did an excellent job. She listened to my requests and cut/styled my hair exactly as I wanted it. Highly recommend this particular Great Clips. Would STILL recommend!!!
