Great Clips

Stay away if you want to feel good about your haircut. I received a cut that was choppy, uneven, and not what I asked for. The stylist who cut my hair did not introduce herself or catch the chunk of hair that was left significantly longer even though she also checked me out. I was not offered a mirror to check the back which would have caught that my hair had been shaped incorrectly instead of cut straight across without layers as I had explicitly asked for. Adding insult to injury, I was sent out the door with hair so saturated that it looked like a rats nest in the back by the time I finished running my errands because my curls did not dry correctly. I am embarrassed that I was pushed towards the door and allowed to leave with my hair like that. I appreciate that I was able to go back to have my hair fixed at no additional charge and even though it’s now correct enough, I regret allowing my hair to be fixed instead of asking for a refund. I have no trust in this place and that lack of trust ruins how a hair cut is supposed to make you feel.Service: Haircut

Went for a simple bob cut and to cut off my dead ends, the stylist made both sides extremely uneven. I pointed out the uneven sides. When I went home I found she cut a significant chunk of my hair shorter towards the front. The other side looks fine so I'm assuming it was not intentional.

Jenny at Great Clips has cut my hair every 2 weeks for the past 6 months or so. Each time it’s been a fantastic haircut. I’ve paid way more bucks for way less success at haircuts and Jenny is super friendly as well. This place is really a great little spot

The lady who cut my hair was super nice. However, I asked for a bald fade but she simply just shaved my sides. She started from the stop of my and instead of the bottom all barbers do when they do fades to blend. Once she shaved it, it was too late for her to correct it. I now look ridiculous and will be wearing a hat, lol. It was my second time there and I think will be my last unfortunately.

I like Great Clips but wish they would spend the time to get rid of excess hair clippings. After I get out. I have all these hair clippings getting all over my car. Take time to blow these off. Only a few have taken the time to do that. It's nice not getting in your car to deposit hair all over your head rest and all behind your ears. One customer noticed while waiting in line while I was paying telling me awquardly you have hair all over behind your ears it was embarrassing. My friend said at his barber in they have a light vacuum device to suck extra away those fine clippings. Also I like it when they trim eyebrows and trim any hair follicles growing in and around the ears.

Jenny cut 6 inches off my hair today!! She did a great job.. very nice and hospitable!! Also the check In system on the app was very easily accessible!! Thank u Jenny

I had another haircut with Great Clips and they butchered my hair. Im extremely disappointed with what they did. He completely ignored what i showed him with the pic. My sides are short but the back is long. It makes me look weird.

There's an older Asian man that works here. He was to cut my hair. He did his thing, I looked at it, had a couple notes. His demeanor completely changed, he was mad at me, cut my hair way shorter than I asked, it looks terrible, AND he berated me for "not telling him what I wanted in the first place" despite neither cut being what I asked for. I'm very upset, it's too short to have someone else fix it now. Extremely unprofessional to get upset and take it out on the client. Avoid this man.

Been seeing anna for. my perfect hair cut every time since 2015, what an amazing employee they have on there team, always remembers our conversations an is very professional, how lucky is it wind jammers I think she said she works for, watch out wind jammers she is geared to run the store, I wouldn't suggest another place to go, and I always wait for anna even if shes busy great great person and professional at her job. 100% going here for anna

great haircut for a $20.00, showed them a picture of what i wanted took maybe 15 minutes came out looking great! and 80% of feeling good is looking good according to that old rogaine commercial!
