Great Clips

Went for a haircut today and was surprised at how rude the woman cutting my hair was. She clearly did not want to be there. Haircut was okay but it also wasn't what I asked for. 12/28 edit: they keep saying how sorry they are in these replies but it's hard to feel that it's genuine if I see multitudes of other reviews with the same experience as me going back 3 years. If you're sorry, fix it.

Worst service ever. Super rude people. I got so scared. Ruined my hair. Still I did not say anything. Kept on scolding me saying i move my hair. Never seen ppl cut layers like this. Terrible terrible people. Please close this store asap.

When someone says they need to keep enough length to throw their hair in a ponytail that doesn’t mean a nub length with half the hair falling out and it resembling a kabuki brush or something. Also what’s the point if bringing a photo if y’all just do whatever they want?

You will get turned away by a certain person if you have a certain hair texture. I have had 2 experiences being turned away because a stylist didn’t know how to “cut my hair”. However if you work at a hair salon that should be the last thing a person should say to a customer…. you can’t cherry pick and favor certain customers… When you learn how to cut hair you shouldn’t just learn one way… we all have hair that needs to be cut at the end of the day and that’s what this place is designed for right? It’s very upsetting and inconvenient to put customers in these situations and other co workers within the building to have a bigger workload because someone there is pulling the “i can’t do it” card when you been employed there for years on end, Being versatile is an NECESSITY. I know i’m not the only one that experienced this. My heart goes out for the ppl that didn’t express this before and However I want to say that the other workers there are really lovely.Service: Haircut

Last 3 times I've gotten my hair cut by the manager here, she's messed up my cut somehow. It's always either lopsided or uneven. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and see if it was just a one off thing, but it seems to be a consistent problem.Service: Haircut

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the stylist was confrontational and rude. she was extremely rough w my hair throughout I could hear the hair ripping w every comb movementand forgot what style I wanted halfway throughout- asked for layers- she said “no layers, right?” She seemed genuinely hateful, irritated, and annoyed te entire process. Oh and the entire haircut lasted less than 5 mins- she rushed the whole thing.

Checked in online. When I arrived, they seated me right away. The barber was very kind and did a great job cutting my hair. I'm general I've never had a bad experience at a great clips. The price is very reasonable too.
